AI-Powered Features

Flarie Studio includes AI-powered tools, including but not limited to the ā€œAI Game Developerā€ and ā€œAI Asset Creatorā€ (the ā€œAI Featuresā€), which enable the automated generation of game templates, source code, graphical assets, and related content based on Customer Content.

The AI Features operate through automated systems that may utilize third-party AI providers. Outputs are generated algorithmically and may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.


Responsibility for Customer Content and Outputs

Customer Content submitted to the AI Features may be processed and transformed in an automated manner that is outside of Flarieā€™s direct control.

The Customer remains solely and fully responsible for:

  • All Customer Content submitted to the AI Features
  • All outputs generated by the AI Features
  • Reviewing, validating, and ensuring the quality, legality, and appropriateness of such outputs
  • Ensuring that outputs comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, and platform requirements

Flarie does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, non-infringement, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.


Personal Data Restrictions

The Customer must not include personal data in prompts or inputs when using the AI Features.

Flarie does not intend for the AI Features to process personal data and will not submit personal data to any third-party AI provider.

If Customer includes personal data in violation of this restriction, the Customer does so at its own risk and remains solely responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws.

 

Third-Party AI Providers

Flarie may rely on third-party AI providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, to deliver AI-powered functionalities.

Such providers may process Customer Content strictly for the purpose of generating outputs in accordance with Flarieā€™s instructions and applicable data protection agreements.
