FLARIE COOKIE POLICY (2021:1)

1. GENERAL

Flarie AB, reg. no 556856-2747 (“Flarie”, “we”, “us” or “our”), uses cookies, pixels, web beacons, tokens and similar technologies (jointly “Cookies”) in our available services, including but not limited to our webpage www.flarie.com, our game manager tool “Flarie Studio” available here studio.flarie.com, and our mobile software application “Flarie” (jointly the “Services”), in order to optimize the functionality and user experience of the Services by for example distinguishing different users and their behavior. The Cookies in the Services do not contain personally identifiable data, but they enable us to remember your web browser in order for us to adapt the Services to your needs and preferences. The Cookies being used in our Services are intended to give web browsers access to various functions and services in order to improve the Services’ general functionality.

 
2. LAW AND REGULATION

2.1 According to the Swedish Electronic Communication Act (Sw. lagen om elektronisk kommunikation) anyone who visits a website must be informed that such website contains Cookies, what the Cookies are used for and how to avoid them. Visitors to such a website must also leave their consent to the use of Cookies.

2.2 This Cookie Policy aims to fulfill our obligations in accordance with the above and consent to the use of Cookies is explicitly given by you when visiting the Services.

3. ABOUT COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
