This guide is designed to help you move from concept to launch faster than ever, all within a completely no-code environment. Writing a great Game Concept prompt A strong prompt helps the AI understand your vision and build a playable game that behaves exactly how you expect. Here’s how to write prompts that consistently produce great results: Do:✅ Be clear, specific, and simple. It’s better to start small and then add features later - overly complex, multi-phase games may confuse the AI.✅ Describe what the player does and how the game ends.✅ Explain player actions and feedback, e.g. “Tap to shoot,” “Swipe to dodge.”✅ State the goal and success or failure conditions, e.g. “Reach 100 points to win,” “The game ends when the player hits an obstacle.”✅ Include control details, e.g. “Tap to make the player jump,” “Use arrow keys to move left and right.”✅ Mention objects and how they appear, e.g. “Avoid enemies that appear from the sides,” “Collect pickups that fade in from the top.” ✅ Call out randomness if needed, e.g. “Random enemies appear from the top.” Avoid: ❌ Vague ideas like “a fun adventure” or “something with animals.”❌ Requests for menus, audio, or long storylines.❌ Non-supported gameplay types (e.g. 3D, multiplayer games ). 🧠 Example - Good Prompt:“Create a classic snake game where the player controls a growing snake using the arrow keys. Useful Shortcuts The AI responds best to a set of clear shortcuts that let you fine-tune game logic, timers, backgrounds, and object behavior directly through your prompt. Use the examples below as quick references to guide the AI effectively. ScorebarThe Scorebar automatically manages all logic related to Lives, Moves, and Timers. It’s responsible for tracking progress and determining when the game should end. Examples: - “Make sure the game ends when the user runs out of lives.” - “Make sure the game ends when the user runs out of moves.” - “Change the amount of moves from 20 to 10.” Game TypesThe Game Type defines the overall rule set - whether the game is based on lives, moves, time, or pure luck. You can switch type at any time by simply describing it in your prompt. Examples: - “Switch the game type to lives-based.” - “Make the game use limited moves instead of endless play.” - “Turn this into a luck-based game where the outcome is random.” TimerbarThe Timerbar is a built-in timer displayed within the Scorebar. It can limit gameplay time, create bonus effects, or trigger events when time runs out. Examples: - “Make sure the game ends when the user runs out of time in the timerbar.” - “Deactivate the timerbar when the bonus mode ends.” - “Create a timerbar in the scorebar when the player picks up a bonus item. Deactivate it automatically after 10 seconds During this time give double points.” Background (TileSprite)The background acts as a TileSprite, allowing seamless movement in any direction for dynamic effects such as scrolling skies or moving terrain. Examples: - “Make the background scroll slowly to the left to simulate forward motion.” - “Move the background upward to create a falling effect.” Changing SizesYou can directly define object dimensions (e.g., player, enemy, pickup) in your prompt to get precise proportions. Examples: - “Change the player size to width: 80, height: 120.” - “Make enemies half the size of the player.” - “Increase the pickup item size by 50%.” Lifecycle (Game Start & Game Over)Every game follows the same lifecycle - starting, running, and ending smoothly. You can customize transitions or effects using simple instructions. Examples: - “Make all objects fade in at game start.” - “Add a 2-second fade-out animation at game over.” - “Reset the game automatically after the game over sequence ends.” Collisions & BodiesThe AI supports basic collision detection and physics body setup for all objects. Every object in your game has an invisible body that defines how it interacts with others - whether it’s solid, bouncy, or passable. You can use prompts to control which objects collide, overlap, or ignore each other, as well as the shape of their collision area (rectangular or circular). Examples: - “Make the player collide with the walls” - “Allow pickups to overlap the player and disappear when collected.” - “Add a circular body to the player instead of a rectangular one.” VelocityVelocity controls how fast and in which direction an object moves. You can use it to simulate speed, directional movement, or bouncing effects. Positive or negative values determine the direction along the X or Y axis. Examples: - “Add horizontal velocity to enemies so they move left and right.” - “Increase the player’s jump velocity for a stronger bounce effect.” - “Double the velocity of the ball so it moves faster.” GravityGravity defines how strongly an object is pulled down (or in any direction if specified). It can be adjusted per object in the game. Examples: - “Give the player a constant downward gravity so it falls naturally.” - “Set gravity to zero so all objects float freely.” - “Increase the gravity strength to make everything fall faster.” Building your Game The AI Game Developer is trained on Flarie’s internal game engine and a large collection of existing Flarie games. It follows strict coding conventions to ensure every game it creates is fully compatible with all standard Flarie Studio settings and integrations. All Flarie games share a common foundation - they must include specific methods for loading, initializing, starting, and ending the game. These ensure the game lifecycle runs smoothly and that player scores are tracked and saved correctly within Flarie Studio. Each game file includes predefined “zones” where the AI applies its creativity - writing logic, defining visuals, and bringing your idea to life. Your prompt (game concept) serves as the blueprint the AI uses to fill in these zones and generate a complete, ready-to-play Flarie game. Game TypesWhen you create your first prompt, the AI automatically selects one of its four supported game types based on your concept. Each type follows a slightly different structure, which the AI sets up automatically - and you can switch modes at any time. If you want a specific type, mention it in your prompt. Type Description Normal Standard Arcade gameplay Moves Limited moves / turns Lives 3 Lives before game over Luck Pure chance outcome. Game always have a win / lose condition instead of ordinary points Lifecycle Game LoadDuring the load phase, all assets are preloaded and every object is initialized - but remains hidden until it’s meant to appear. This ensures the game is fully prepared before the player starts interacting with it. Game StartWhen the game starts, gameplay always resets to its initial state. Objects fade in or appear dynamically based on the flow of the game, creating a clean and engaging start for each new play session. Game OverThe game over phase gracefully concludes gameplay with a short, cinematic sequence — typically lasting around two seconds - where the scene fades out or triggers a simple animation before ending. This ensures a polished and consistent ending across all games. Background All Flarie games are built on a 750×1334px canvas, which defines the visible game area across all devices. The background functions as a TileSprite, meaning it can be moved or scrolled seamlessly in any direction - horizontally, vertically, or diagonally - without visible edges or breaks. This allows you to create effects such as moving skies, scrolling terrain, or endless runners. You can instruct the AI to move, loop, or animate the background to match your gameplay. For example: - “Make the background slowly scroll to the left to simulate forward movement.” - “Move the background downward to give a falling effect.” Keep in mind: - The AI does not generate custom background art - it uses a placeholder asset by default that you can change once you have exported your game to Flarie Studio Assets & Images Each build uses placeholder images so your game can run instantly. Don’t worry about visuals yet - focus on gameplay and feel. You’ll see simple colored PNGs labeled with names like “PLAYER,” “ENEMY,” or “PICKUP,” making it easy to identify and reference specific objects in your prompts if you want to adjust their behavior. At this stage, the AI does not support replacing these placeholders with real images, generating graphics, or embedding image URLs. All objects are rendered in square or rectangular shapes - so even if you request a circular object, it will behave circularly in the game but still appear as a rectangular placeholder. Once you export your game to Flarie Studio, you can freely replace and configure all assets - images and other visuals - directly within Flarie Studio, without modifying any code. Please note:- Audio is not supported at this stage. - The AI will not add text elements unless you explicitly include them in your prompt. For now, we recommend ignoring text entirely and focusing on core gameplay. Restore to an earlier Version Every time the AI creates or updates your game, a new version is automatically saved. This lets you experiment freely without worrying about losing previous work. If you ever want to revert changes, you can restore your project to any earlier version with a single click. The restored version will instantly become your active working copy, allowing you to continue building or exporting from that specific state. Exporting your game to Flarie Studio Once you're happy with your game, you can export it directly to Flarie Studio. A new game will be created there based on the exact version you exported. Inside Flarie Studio, you’ll be able to edit and replace all assets and images, as well as access the full library of Flarie settings and integrations — everything from data collection and challenges to rewards and webhooks is automatically available. If you notice anything that needs tweaking, simply return to the AI Game Developer, adjust your prompt, and export again. You can export as many times as you like until your game feels just right. AI Credits Every time the AI apply an update to the code it will cost you 1 AI Credit, as simple as that! Tips & Tricks Start fresh when needed. If your generated game drifts too far from your intended idea, it’s usually faster to start over with a new prompt rather than trying to fix everything within an existing version. Clean starts often produce better, more consistent results. Add features gradually. When expanding your game, it’s best to add logic and features one at a time instead of stacking multiple complex changes into a single prompt. This allows you to test and validate each update individually - and easily restore to a stable version if something doesn’t behave as expected. Iterate like a designer. Treat each version as an experiment. Small, focused prompts usually guide the AI more effectively than large, complicated ones. Use clear cause-and-effect language. The AI responds best when you describe what should happen and when, e.g. “When the player collects a star, increase the score by 10.”

Game Center Language The Language feature lets you create one Game Center enter with multiple language versions without having to manage separate game centers. This feature allow you to create localised game centers for players while keeping the same Game Center. Let’s walk through how to set it up. By default, the game center language is set to English. You can change this in the Language Settings under your game's settings or in Assets & Settings > Language. Changing the default language in Assets & Settings ensures that all newly created games will use that language by default. How to set up additional languages in Game Center: Navigate to your game centers's Language Settings. Toggle on 'Enable Additional Languages.'This will open the settings for adding additional languages, as well as a sticky sidebar listing all the languages you add. Click + Add and select the desired language from the dropdown menu. Choose how the language name will be displayed to players: - English: Displays the standard English name for the language. - Custom: Enter a custom display name. The language will be added to the Languages List and in the side panel. You can update your game center texts in two ways: 1. By clicking on the 'Edit texts for all languages button on Languages or the icon at the bottom of the bar. This opens a popup with all editable texts. If you proceed to add any additional settings to the game, the related texts will automatically be added to the popup for easy access. 2. Navigating to the language version and specific game settings you wish to update. (Optional) Upload an icon for the language selector button and style the dropdown to match your game's design. Game Settings and Language Once additional languages are added, a language bar appears on the left side of the settings panel: The default language is listed at the top. Full game settings can only be modified when the default language is selected. When an additional language is selected, only text fields can be edited for translation purposes. At the bottom of the language bar, click the “Edit texts for all languages” icon to open the popup where you can update all translatable fields in one place. When an additional language is selected, only text fields can be edited. All functional changes needs to be done on the main language version.

Publish Game Center Publish Game Center The Publish function lets you control when changes to your Game Center go live, ensuring you can make edits without disrupting the active version. Key Features of the Publish Function: Initial Published Version: When you create a new Game Center, it’s automatically published as the first version. Game Center Cards: On the Games Center Dashboard, the card for each Game Center shows the published version. A banner will appear if there are unpublished changes, prompting you to take action Excluded Sections: Some areas like the 'Game Center Status' are excluded from the publish workflow. Changes here are immediately published in the Game and cannot be unpublished. The excluded sections are highlighted with an orange message. Sharing Your Game Center: Use the 'Share Published Link' to copy a link to the most recent published version of your Game. Steps to Publishing a Game Center: Make Edits: Modify your Game Center as needed. While you’re editing, your changes are automatically saved. Check the Publish Button: As soon as changes are made, the 'Publish' button becomes active, and a message will indicate there are unpublished changes. Click Publish: When you are ready to make your edits live, click the 'Publish' button. Your changes will now be visible to your audience and the 'Share Published Link' will show the Game Center with the changes you published. This feature ensures smooth game updates while keeping control over what your players see.

Competition modules Competition modules are an excellent way to increase engagement in your Game Center, motivate players to return and play more frequently and distribute prizes based on performance or participation at the end of a defined competition period How to use Competition modules Competition Modules are available for Advanced Game Centers and allow you to add different types of competitions to drive engagement and reward players. You can choose from three types of competition modules: Challenge, Entries and High Score. These modules can be added individually or combined, depending on your campaign goals. Note: Each competition module requires at least one Game Module with a game connected to function properly. Game UI The Game UI settings allow you to customize the interface elements that appear during gameplay. This includes elements such as score bars, life icons, and action buttons. Customizing the Game UI helps you align the gameplay experience with your campaign design and brand identity. What You Can Customize in the Game UI Top score bar The score bar displays the player's current score during the game. You can upload a custom image to replace the default score bar design. You can also adjust the colors of the bar to better match the game theme or campaign design. Star icon The star icon indicates how well the player is performing based on their score. Players earn stars when they reach specific score thresholds. You can upload a custom star icon to match the visual style of your game. Heart icon (lives) The heart icon represents the number of lives a player has remaining. You can replace the default heart icon with your own design to better match your game's branding. Action button (pause/info) The Action Button is located in the top-left corner of the game screen and appears as an information icon. It allows players to pause the game or exit the game early. You can choose whether to enable or disable this button. If the Action Button is enabled, you can customize how it behaves and what content is shown to the player. Action button options If the Action Button is enabled, you can configure the following options. Pause view or exit gameChoose whether clicking the button opens the pause view or exits the game immediately. Tutorial imageUpload a custom tutorial image that explains how to play the game. Voyado Integration This integration will create or update a Voyado contact. It ensures that user data collected via Flarie Studio is passed to Voyado for email marketing, automation, and segmentation purposes. Configuration The following Voyado credentials are required to authenticate and correctly pass data to Voyado. API Key - used to authorize access to your Voyado account. How to generate your Api Key. 1. Go to Administration -> Configure Engage -> Intergrations & External Systems -> Api Connections -> + Add Connection Base Url The base URL uses your Engage tenant name, which is the unique name connected to your Engage account. For example, if your tenant name is "example" then your base URL would be: https://example.voyado.com If you are connecting an Engage staging environment, you would use: https://example.staging.voyado.com For customers using the previously eclub url schema, please use: https://example.eclub.se Use the full Base Url as the provided Url in Flarie Studio. Payload Requirements This section defines what is mandatory to send to Voyado. You must select the appropriate Public Identifier based on your settings within Voyado. Flarie Studio support the below four Public Identifiers: email mobilePhone externalId memberNumber Pass additional Flarie Attributes to Voyado You may pass additional attributes to Voyado. This can be done by passing a value on either a default attribute within Voyado or by creating a custom attribute. How to create and manage Voyado Attributes 1. Go to Administration -> Configure Engage -> Contacts -> Contact Attributes Create an attribute or grab the ID for an already created attribute that you want to populate. In this example we will use firstName which we also use in the below Flarie Studio example, along with customParam1 and lastName. [POST] Reset Attempts for a Single Player This guide is for resetting the Attempts for a single player for a Gamification Attempts Scenario created in Flarie Studio. Please note that this will reset all attempts for a single player to 0. How to set up a Competition Challenge Module Click on 'Add Module' and select 'Competition - Challenge' from the popup Module Status is by default set to inactive when you are ready to start collecting data for the competition, turn the module status to active. Module visibility is by default hidden, and even when hidden, you can still have the competition active in the background of the game center. You can enable visibility by toggling it on manually or setting a visibility start/end date. Set the desired competition periods. You can add any number of periods and they can be added in bulk or one by one. A non-active competition period message can be activated if you have gaps in the competition periods, the message will show in the game center. For challenge there are three types of competition styles and two types of competition requirements. One type and one requirement need to be set for the competition setting. The challenge types are: Play only - the user only has to play the game to qualify for participation. Use Game Settings - you are using the requirements that are set in the games you have selected Reach min.score - you can set a minimum high score that the user needs to reach to participate in the challenge. The Competion requirements are: Complete all - the user will have to complete and play all the games that are included in the competition Complete one - the user will only have to complete one of the games that are included in the competition Select games to include in the competition. The games need to be added in a game module in to the game center already to be selected to the competition. Pre and Post challenge texts can be styelised to fit your game center, and its also a good way to tell the users how to join the challenge. Lastly set up the prizes in the winner settings. You can set up multiple prizes diffrent types of prizes, when they should be distributed and what competition periods they should be included in. Prizes Settings Prizes are distributed at the end of a competition period. You can select the distribution dates freely and also select the price to be included when adding a new period in the competition periods. In a challenge, the winners are randomised amongst all the users who have completed the challenge and are qualified to enter. You can set a winner limitation so that players can't win more than once, or so they can't win the same prize multiple times across all periods. The reward types are:Coupon code - same for everyone Coupon code - unique for everyone URL - same for everyone URL - unique for everyone None All prizes except "none" are distributed to the winners directly by email. There are two types to pick from: Best score - displays the highest score a player has reached in the selected games. Accumulated score - displays the accumulated scores of all the selected games and displays them as one score on the leaderboard. Edit the leaderboard style and what you want to show to the players in the game center. Select games to be included in the competition. Note that different games have different score systems. (optional) Enable a leaderboard popup and edit the leaderboard that will show in the popup. Its a good way to show more players because of the limited space on the game center front page. Lastly, set up the prizes in the winner settings. You can set up multiple prizes, different types of prizes, when they should be distributed and what competition periods they should be included in. Introduction to Game Center A Game Center is your customizable digital arcade—a central space where games, rewards, and promotions come together into one cohesive experience. You set it up by adding your games, creating a reward store, and optionally including ad modules that link to external URLs. With the Wallet feature activated, users can earn in-game currency as they play, which they can spend on rewards within the same environment. Everything is modular and easily styled to match your brand, and the Game Center can be shared via URL, QR code, or embedded directly into an app. Game Centers are ideal when you want to run campaigns that go beyond a single game—like loyalty programs, seasonal events, or multi-step challenges. Whether you're encouraging repeat visits or driving traffic to specific actions, it gives you the structure and tools to do so seamlessly. By bringing everything into one place, the Game Center helps you increase user engagement, drive retention, and create a sense of progression. It turns gameplay into a more meaningful, reward-driven experience—and makes it easy for players to keep coming back.

Custom Buttons Introduction Custom Buttons in Flarie are flexible elements—either text or image-based—that you can add to your games to create interactive or visual enhancements. They can link to external URLs, trigger image overlays, or simply serve as static design elements. You enable them via Game Settings, then customize their style, positioning, and behavior. Buttons can appear before gameplay, after it, or remain visible throughout the session, depending on your intent—like promoting offers, guiding users, or just adding polish. For efficiency, you can create and save reusable buttons in Assets & Settings, making it easy to apply consistent elements across multiple games.

Introduction to Assets & Settings Our goal with Flarie Studio is to make creating branded games as easy and accessible as possible. To achieve this, we provide our users with features that allow them to save time and resources and be less prone to make mistakes. Redirection Links allows you to create links that can be controlled back-end and ensure that everyone uses the same link at all times. Assets & Settings is a great feature to create standardized colors, fonts and form inputs amongst other settings. It is a great tool to ensure that all games that you create uses the same design and settings without having to manually select and change whenever creating a new game.

Game Language The Language feature lets you create one game with multiple language versions without duplicating your setup or managing separate campaigns. This feature keeps everything connected across languages: winner generation, user statistics, prize distribution, and more. It’s perfect for global campaigns, multi-market launches, or any time you want to speak to your audience in their own language without doubling your workload. Let’s walk through how to set it up. By default, the game language is set to English. You can change this in the Language Settings under your game's settings or in Assets & Settings > Language. Changing the default language in Assets & Settings ensures that all newly created games will use that language by default. How to set up additional languages in Game: Navigate to your game's Language Settings. Toggle on 'Enable Additional Languages.'This will open the settings for adding additional languages, as well as a sticky sidebar listing all the languages you add. Click + Add and select the desired language from the dropdown menu. Choose how the language name will be displayed to players: - English: Displays the standard English name for the language. - Custom: Enter a custom display name. The language will be added to the Languages List and in the side panel. You can update your game texts in two ways: 1. By clicking on the 'Edit texts for all languages button on Languages or the icon at the bottom of the bar. This opens a popup with all editable texts. If you proceed to add any additional settings to the game, the related texts will automatically be added to the popup for easy access. 2. Navigating to the language version and specific game settings you wish to update. (Optional) Upload an icon for the language selector button and style the dropdown to match your game's design. Game Settings and Language Once additional languages are added, a language bar appears on the left side of the settings panel: The default language is listed at the top. Full game settings can only be modified when the default language is selected. When an additional language is selected, only text fields can be edited for translation purposes. At the bottom of the language bar, click the “Edit texts for all languages” icon to open the popup where you can update all translatable fields in one place. When an additional language is selected, only text fields can be edited. All functional changes needs to be done on the main language version.

Authenticated UUID The Authenticated UUID feature allows you to secure your game by requiring a signed JWT (JSON Web Token) containing the player's uuid. This ensures only trusted, verified users can access and interact with your game. Step 1: Generate your UUID Secret Key 1. In Flarie Studio, go to Access Keys. 2. Create a new UUID Secret Key. 3. This key will be used to sign JWT tokens that authenticate your players. Note! Keep this key safe, it acts as your private signing key. Step 2: Set UUID as the Player Identifier 1. Go to your game in Flarie Studio. 2. Navigate to Game Settings → Add Data Collection. 3. Under Unique Identifier, choose URL Parameter. 4. This will enable uuid as a required parameter in your game URL. Note: The game will not start unless a valid uuid is passed via the query string. Step 3: Enable Authenticated UUID When Authenticated UUID is enabled, your game requires the uuid query parameter to be a signed JWT token. Setting up your Account Please follow the below steps to get everything set up in your account and make sure the game creation will be as easy as possible. Invite UsersDepending on your subscription you have a certain no of users included. Users you invite will receive an email where they can pick a password and activate their account. Go to the Manage Users page in Flarie Studio Add information to your Organization and Brand Account You will not be able to set your games to active until you have done this. Draft games will always have a draft banner on top of the start game image. Organization Page Brand Page Update Brand settings in Assets & Settings In Assets & Settings you can set things you want to use as standard in your games, such as Form Parameters, Terms, Language, Default Time Zone, and your Brand Prefix. Level up your Game Design There are a lot of possibilities to style your game to really get the design that you are looking for. Sprite Sheets In a lot of games you can add Sprite sheets to create animations or multiple versions of objects or enemies in the games. Animation Object Randomization Read more about Sprite sheets here Style every object in the player flow Flarie Studio provides you with a lot of standard settings to design every element or text box in the way you want. You can also upload images instead of colors or gradients to really customize your design. If the standard settings are not enough you can also add Custom CSS to customize your design even further. Component Settings Most of the games have some possibilities to change the game mechanics. These settings you can find under Component Settings, and usually consists of the following: Change the sizes of objects. Change the positioning of elements. Change the difficulty of the game. Please open the Component Settings in your selected game to see the possibilities for that exact game.

Data Collection Games can be tailored to collect first party data ("1PD") in various ways, which can be collected directly in Flarie Studio or being sent to your system directly through our Data Integration if you have a Sky or Space Subscription. Flarie Studio is fully compliant with GDPR. (Read more here) Game Forms Pre Game Round If your main goal is to collect 1PD we recommend using the Data Collection setting to collect the data before the players initiate their first game round. This ensures that you collect data from everyone the plays your game. Post Game Round If your main goal is to get as many players as possible we recommend collecting data after the person has played the game. This lowers the threshold of starting the game, but will result in some people playing without leaving their information. By selecting the reward type "Form - Ask Users for Data" under Reward Details in Challenge or Luck Based Wins, it enables the post-game form for the user to fill in. Select player identifier By choosing your preferred identifier, you control how the game recognises unique players. Browser: The unique browser is used to identify players, which means there’s no requirement to provide any information before playing the first game round. However, if someone returns to the game using a different browser or has cleared their cache, the game will treat them as a new player, and they won’t see their previous results or progress. Email: When using email as an identifier, the game will always prompt the player to enter their email before starting the first round (unless they’ve been recognized from a previous session). This allows the experience to continue seamlessly, even if the player returns from a different browser. Phone Number: Works the same way as email, but uses the player’s phone number instead. UUID: If you're distributing the game through your own channels, you have the possibility to pass in a UUID as a URL parameter to identify the player. This way, the player doesn’t need to enter any information in the game, but can still continue their experience across sessions and devices — as long as the same UUID is passed every time. Data Integration (Requires Sky or Space subscription) Flarie Studio’s Webhook and Integration tools give you the power to connect your games with the rest of your tech stack in real time. GUIDE: Create your first Webhook in Flarie Studio Setting up a webhook in Flarie Studio is quick and easy. Let's get cracking! 1. Setup Configure the basics! Give your Webhook a Name. It will make it easier to keep of track of things! Set the Status to Active, because only Active webhooks will send requests. Define the URL where Flarie Studio should send the webhook data. All requests are sent using the POST method. Make sure your server is ready to receive and handle JSON payloads. - For this example we will use the very handy webhook.site to test things out! It allows us to quickly get an endpoint we can play around with to test the feature and see each request. 2. Request Configuration Select the appropriate Authentication Type and add any Custom Headers suitable for your need. In this example we will select the Flarie Authentication, which will utilize the built in API Access Key of your account and automatically add a "Bearer " in our Header as our Authorization method. Learn more in the Authentication & Headers guide. We will for this example not add any Custom Headers. We will also select the method to be POST. 3. Select Trigger Choose when the webhook should fire. Flarie supports events for both Games and Game Center. In this example we will select the Webhook type Games and the event we want to act as our trigger will be Game Start. This means that every time the game is started by a player the webhook should be triggered. Learn more about the different options for Triggers here. 4. Select Data to Send This is where it starts to get fun! In this step you customize exactly what data should be sent in the request. You can select two options here: Key-Value Pairs - define the key and set the appropriate Flarie Parameter as the value. Custom JSON Payload - If you are a little bit more technical you can format the JSON freely. It’s important to note that any Flarie Parameters you define in this step as the value must also be configured in your game for the webhook to send properly. For this example, we’ll create a game and enable Data Collection and set Email as the identifier, along with Username as an additional form parameter. This configuration will prompt a form to appear before the game starts, ensuring that the required data is collected from the player and available for the webhook to use. Make sure the Game is Active, since only Active games will trigger webhooks. Back to the webhook! Why not provide an example for either approach? (So you can choose freely). Select what games should send webhooks The final step in this guide is just selecting the game we created in step 3 so it will start sending data when players are coming in. By following best practices for authentication, you can ensure that your integrations are safe, verified, and reliable—every time an event is triggered in your Game or Game Center. Whether you're connecting to internal APIs or third-party platforms, these settings help you ensure that only authorized sources can communicate with your endpoints—keeping your data and integrations secure. Request Configuration Flarie Studio supports three authentication types for webhook requests: 1. None No authentication will be included in the request header. Use this only for public endpoints or testing environments. 2. Flarie Authentication (recommended) This option automatically includes a Bearer token in the Authorization header using your account’s API Access Key. Authorization: Bearer Learn how to enable API Access Key in Flarie Studio here Tip: Verifying this token on your endpoint adds an extra layer of security, ensuring requests genuinely originate from Flarie and not from unauthorized sources. 3. Custom Authentication Choose Custom Authentication if your endpoint requires specific credentials. Basic Auth Use this when the endpoint requires a username and password for access. Enter your Username and Password in the provided fields. These values are automatically encoded and sent in the request header as: Authorization: Basic The credentials are encoded using Base64 before being sent.) Bearer Token Use this when the endpoint requires an access token instead of a username/password. Enter your Token in the provided field. The request will include the token in the Authorization header as: Authorization: Bearer Custom HeadersYou can add Custom Headers to include additional key–value pairs in your webhook request. These headers are sent along with the request and can be used for things like custom authentication, metadata or identifying your application. Use the “Add Header +” button to create as many headers as you need. Salesforce Sales Cloud Integration This integration will create or update a Salesforce contact. It ensures that user data collected in Flarie Studio is seamlessly synced to Salesforce, enabling CRM enrichment, personalized email marketing, automated workflows, and advanced contact segmentation. Configuration The following Salesforce credentials are required to authenticate and correctly pass data to Salesforce. Client Id Client Secret How to generate your authentication credentials 1. Go to Advanced Setup 2. Go to Apps -> Apps Manager -> Press New Connected App 3. Create a Connected App 4. Provide Details. Callback URL is required, but not used for this integration. 5. Select appropriate Oauth Scopes and requirements. 6. Next Press Manage Consumer Details. You will be prompted to verify your account before seeing your client id and client secret. Salesforce will in this step call them consumer_key and consumer_secret. 7. Next navigate to Manage Connected Apps and press edit on the one you just created. 8. Press the Icon next to Client Credentials Flow -> Run as Lookup and Select a User. This is required in order to create an authentication token in the integration. BaseUrl - To connect to Salesforce you need to add your BaseUrl 1. Go to Company Settings -> My Domain. Make sure to use Current My Domain URL but remove salesforce.com External Id SalesForce recommended approach for integrations is to create an external id. Below is a guide for how you create an external Id. 1. Open Advanced Settings and press Object Manager. Scroll Down to Contact. 2. Go to Fields & Relationships. API Key - used to authorize access to your Mailchimp account. How to generate your Api Key. 1. Go to Account & Billing 2. Go to Extras -> Api Keys. 3. Create an Api Key Server Prefix - found as part of the API URL (e.g., us6, us20), this identifies the correct Mailchimp server. List Id (Audience Id) - specifies which Audience in Mailchimp should receive the new or updated contact. How to get your Audience Id. 1. Go to Settings within the Audience Dashboard 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find your Audience Id Payload Requirements This section defines what is mandatory to send to Mailchimp. Apsis Integration This integration will create or update an Apsis contact in a specific Audience/Section. It ensures that user data collected in Flarie Studio is seamlessly synced to Apsis, enabling CRM enrichment, personalized email marketing, automated workflows and advanced contact segmentation. Configuration In order to authenticate and correctly pass data to Apsis you need to create an API Key and use the following in Flarie Studio. Client Id Client Secret How to create your API Key in Apsis 1. Go to Account Settings -> Api Management -> Add API Key 2. Next you need to set your Apsis Region in Flarie Studio. Options are EU or APAC. 3. Next you need to set your Section Discriminator to determine in what Section the contact should be created. This Section Discriminator Key is not publicly available in Apsis. Please contact Apsis to get this key or use the network tab to find it. 4. As the last step you need to define the Key Space Discriminator. This is basically letting Apsis know how your contacts are identified. Options are: com.apsis1.keyspaces.email com.apsis1.keyspaces.crm-id com.apsis1.keyspaces.mobile Please note that your Profile Key defined in "Select Data to Send" need to match this value. Please note that this will reset all attempts for all players and it might take some time for this operation to be completed. You can generate your accessKey in Flarie Studio → Manage Brand Assets gamificationId string The gamificationId of your gamification setup Response Message Status code Message 200 Success 400 Bad Request Your accessKey / gamificationId is invalid. 403 Forbidden. Your accessKey isn't permitted to access the api 500 Internal Server Error. This error will also be thrown if you already have a running operation and trying to start another one.

Brand Prefix Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager The Brand Prefix will be used in the URL's of redirection links you have created in Flarie Studio How to set Brand Prefix: Navigate to Assets & Settings in the mega menu and then to Brand Prefix in the side panel Fill in the Brand Prefix you wish to use, by default it's set to your brand name without any special characters.

Language Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager Select what language you wish to be used as default for non-editable texts. How to set Language: Navigate to Assets & Settings in the mega menu and then to Language in the side panel Select the language you wish to use in the dropdown. The selected language will be set as the default language in all new Games and Game Centers. It can still be edited in respective individual settings.

Desktop Background Image Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager, Designer Upload a desktop background image to set as your brand's default image in Games and Game Centers. How to upload a desktop background image: Navigate to Desktop Background Image in Assets and Settings through the mega menu. Drag or select a file to upload to the 'Default Game Page Background Image. Your default game page background image will now be applied as default to all future Games and Game Centers but can still be edited in the Game/Game Center settings.

Colors Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager, Designer Add color swatches in your assets to easier manage color usage when styling components. How to add color in assets: Navigate to Colors in Assets and Settings through the mega menu. Click the 'Add Color' button. Click the color box and change the color though the color picker or type in the hexcore (optional) Name your color for easier identification Your colors will be available though the color picker in the tab 'Assets'.

Custom Button Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager, Designer The Custom Button feature lets you create customizable text boxes or clickable images. You can choose whether the button triggers a URL, displays an image overlay, or performs no action. This section allows you to set up Custom Buttons for reuse across multiple games. Once a button is created in Assets & Settings, it will appear in a dropdown menu in your Game Settings, ready for selection whenever you need to add a button to a game. This saves you the effort of recreating and styling the button for each new game. How to add a Custom Button to Assets & Settings Go to Assets and Settings and navigate to Custom Button in the left hand panel Click on + Add Custom Button and Give your button an Internal Name. This is optional but good to do to easier find your button in the drop-down in Game Settings and in Analytics. Select if you want the button to be used as default in your games. Checking this box will automatically add the button to all new games you create. You will still be able to edit or delete the button in the Game Settings Add text or image and style your button to suit your design. You can also use an image as background. Select if you want the button to always be displayed, or only be displayed after the player has played a round. (optional) Add more Custom Buttons by clicking the + Add Custom Button. There is no limit to how many buttons you can add, but make sure to change the Y value in shape styling in the style bar so that the buttons don’t overlap with each other. To Create another button, just click on the +Add Custom Button again If you wish to remove a button, click on the trash icon at the top left hand side of the button you wish to delete. The button will no longer appear in the drop-down on Custom Button in your Game Settings How to add a Custom Button from Assets & Settings in your Game The buttons you have created will be available to select in a dropdown menu at the top of the settings panel. This allows you to select the button to automatically apply its pre-configured settings in the game.

Publish Game and Version History Publish Game The Publish function lets you control when changes to your Game go live, ensuring you can make edits without disrupting the active version. Key Features of the Publish Function: Initial Published Version: When you create a new Game, it’s automatically published as the first version. Game Cards: On the Games Dashboard, the card for each Game shows the published version. A banner will appear if there are unpublished changes, prompting you to take action Excluded Sections: Some areas like the 'Time Period' or 'Game Status' are excluded from the publish workflow. Changes here are immediately published in the Game and cannot be unpublished. Sharing Your Game: Use the 'Share Published Link' to copy a link to the most recent published version of your Game. Steps to Publishing a Game: Make Edits: Modify your Game as needed. While you’re editing, your changes are automatically saved. Check the Publish Button: As soon as changes are made, the 'Publish' button becomes active, and a message will indicate there are unpublished changes. Click Publish: When you are ready to make your edits live, click the 'Publish' button. Your changes will now be visible to your audience and the 'Share Published Link' will show the Game with the changes you published. This feature ensures smooth game updates while keeping control over what your players see. Version History Version history helps you track, view, and manage all the versions of your game, offering flexibility and control over past and current updates. Accessing Version History: Open the 'Other Options' dropdown in your Game. Select Version History to enter version history mode. A panel appears on the right, showing all versions of the Game that has been published. Current Draft: Your working draft (if unpublished) is always at the top, labeled Unpublished Published Versions: Below the draft, find all past published versions listed from newest to oldest. FAQ The file I uploaded does not look right - what did I do wrong? Make sure that you follow the specified file formats as well as the measurements. Objects that do not follow the specifications often appear broken or invisible. The recommended image size is always specified above the image drop box. How do I upload my own font? You can upload your own fonts under Assets & Settings --> Fonts. You will need to upload two font weights. The font will then be available in all font selection drop-down across the platform. You can read more about adding fonts in Assets & Settings here. Can I use Gifs/animations in my Game? No. Flarie Studio does not support GIFs or animations to be uploaded. The biggest reason for this is that it will negatively impact the user experience as the Game will take much longer to load. Many of our Games does support Sprite Sheets though, which can be used as animations. If the Image in a Game supports spritesheet, this will always be stated in the image title. You can read more about sprite sheets here. How do Spritesheets work? A sprite sheet is a single image file that contains multiple smaller images (or "sprites") arranged in a grid or similar layout. These sprites are typically individual frames or components of a larger animated or interactive visual, such as characters, backgrounds, or objects in a game. By loading and displaying portions of the sprite sheet at different times, you can create animations or dynamic visuals efficiently without needing multiple image files. Is there an image bank where I can find free assets to use in my Game? At this time, Flarie Studio does not offer an image bank but we have one in the works, so keep an eye out! What file formats are accepted in Flarie Studio? For any design objects in Flarie Studio, the supported file formats are .png or .jpeg Can I download objects that I have uploaded to Flarie Studio? Yes, just click on the download asset icon in the bottom right corner to download an asset. ---------- Game Settings Can I add sound effects to my Game? The audio that is supported in Flarie Studio can be found in the Audio section under Game Design. At this point, it supports a single audio file to add a background sound that will be played during game play. I want to set up a Challenge in my Game but I don't know what a good score limit it. Where can I find information regarding this? Unfortunately we don't have recommendations on individual Games. We suggest playing the Game a few times to get a sense of a good score limit. Adding a Start and End Date to your Game in Flarie Studio helps you manage its availability for players. Here's why it's useful: Schedule Launches: Set a start date to ensure the Game goes live only when you're ready, like during a campaign or event. Control Expiration: Use the end date to stop players from accessing the Game after a specific period, like when a promotion ends. Player Messaging: If players try to access the Game before the start date or after the end date, Flarie Studio automatically displays messages like "Not yet available" or "Game has expired," keeping your audience informed. These messages can be edited under 'Start Game Button'. How do I add multiple Time Periods in my Game? Navigate to the 'Time Period' section of your game. If you have added a Start Date and an End Date to your game - you will be able to activate "Split Game" which allows you to add multiple time periods to your Game. Can I import settings from a different Game into the one I am working on? In the "More Options" dropdown - you can either import settings from a different Game or import settings from a Template in order to import settings to your existing Game. How do I copy a Game, including all the settings? In the "More Options" dropdown, you can select "Duplicate this version" which creates an exact copy of your Game and adds it to your dashboard. ---------- Prizes If I create a lottery game, can I add multiple prizes to the same game? The short answer is: Yes and no. Currently, the each competition feature supports only one "winner scenario" per game. That means all winners from each competition feature will receive the same communication and prize experience. Here’s a quick breakdown of how it each competition feature works today: Challenge games Allows you to set up specific messaging before and after a goal is reached. This includes popup communications and/or an email, if you choose to use those. Luck-Based WinsGames such as spin-the-wheel, functions similarly: you can set up a win message and a design, but all winners see the same content. So at the moment, you can’t assign different prizes to different segments directly within the system. Winners & Prizes Communication is also currently limited to a single default message that’s sent to all winners. So, can you include multiple prizes? Yes, by combining different competition features you can, but currently, you can not add multiple prizes to each feature. However, there is a workaround that many users have found effective! Here’s what you can do: When setting up your competition feature, you can include unique links as prizes. For example, if you want to offer three different prizes, you could: Upload three types of prize URLs (e.g 3 separate landing pages), one for each prize Then, when uploading your prize links into the system, just include the right quantity of each type. In the game You can keep the messaging general, such as: “You’re a winner! Click here to see what you’ve won!” That link would then lead the winner to a specific prize—either a coupon or a landing page—randomly assigned based on the links you uploaded. Good to know:This feature (assigning multiple prizes more directly within the game flow) is already in our product roadmap, and it’s planned for future development. So full support for multiple prizes per game is coming soon! ---------- Account Can I add new users to our Account and if so; how many? Adding uses is limited to Admin and Manager user roles only. Make sure you are on the correct Brand and navigate to 'Manage Users' in the mega menu. By clicking on the 'Add New User'-button, you will be able to invite new users to your account. Each license type has a set amount of users allowed. If the button is greyed out it means that you have reach the maximum number of users for your account. Is there a limit to how many Games I can have Active at the same time? If you are on a paid license, Flarie Studio supports an unlimited numbers of Games Active at the same time. If you have signed up for a Demo license though our website or through a link from someone in the sales team, you can not have any 'Active' Games. I forgot my password. How can I recover it? On the Flarie Studio login page, you can select "I forgot my password" to retrieve your login details. In order for all Games and Accounts to be entirely GDPR compliant, Flarie Studio requires users to add a certain amount of information to their account. Using the navigation menu in the top bar, head in to the "Account" section and fill in all the empty fields in the "Organization details" section. Once this action is complete, head over to Brands --> and click the Edit-icon and click "Fetch details from Organization". Flarie’s purposes and reasons consist mainly about providing the service and creating the best possible user experience. At the same time, the person playing also accepts any terms and conditions (e.g. competition terms) and policies (e.g. Privacy policy) added to the game by the Customer, and when applicable also any mandatory or optional consents (checkboxes) that the customer has added to the game. This means that the person is also approving the Flarie Studio Customer’s handling and collection of their personal data based on the reasons and purposes that the partner is stipulating. As a result of this, Flarie and the Flarie Studio Customers are to be seen as separate controllers for the personal data submitted in the Game/content in relation to GDPR, with separate relationships and responsibilities to the person/player. As a standard solution Flarie can’t handle or process this personal data on behalf of the Flarie Studio customer (except for below examples) for the Flarie Studio Customers purposes. This means that the Flarie Studio Customer needs to select and manage the winners' data and export or manage player data themselves. The Flarie Studio customer can do this via the Flarie Studio platform where they can log in to view, manage and export the data collected. Does Flarie process any personal data on behalf of Flarie Studio customers (companies)? For all personal data submitted by people in Flarie games/content Flarie and its partners is to be seen as separate controllers. With this said there are some occasions where Flarie does process personal data on behalf of Flarie Studio customers. There are two standardized features in Flarie Studio where this applies (These two are included in the Flarie DPA which is part of Flarie’s General Terms of Service for Business): If the Flarie Studio Customer chooses to use any of the email features in Flarie Studio where the customer can send tailored emails to their Flarie Studio User base. When using these features Flarie is processing personal data on behalf of the customer to perform the sending of emails. If the Flarie Studio Customer chooses to use the URL Parameter functionality, where a unique identifier is passed in to Flarie Studio through the Flarie URL to uniquely identify people who are playing, Flarie will process personal data on behalf of the customer to be able to provide the correct gaming experience to these players. Sometimes, Flarie and its partners have collaborations that require other data sharings than mentioned above, where Flarie then could process other types of personal data on behalf of the customer. However, as long as the customer is using the Flarie Studio platform in its current form without any technical customization this will not be the case. How is data collected from people when using the Flarie Studio service? In games or content created with Flarie Studio, people can be asked to submit personal data in different types of form fills. Before doing so the person will always consent to Flarie’s processing of this personal data by accepting the Flarie Users Terms and the Flarie Privacy Policy. The Flarie Studio customer (the company) can also add their custom terms and Privacy Policy to the game so that the person playing the game also accepts the customer's processing of their personal data. Flarie and the Customer are to be seen as separate controllers for such data in relation to GDPR to each separate Privacy Policies. Regarding competitions and marketing lotteries in Sweden In Sweden, it is okay for brands to do marketing lotteries without a license as long as it is free for the consumer to participate in the lottery. Is it okay for the brand to connect the lottery to making a purchase from the brand as a requirement to have the chance of winning? Normally “Spelinspektionen” considers a marketing lottery to be free of charge if the connected purchase has the same cost as if the marketing lottery was not connected. ---------- Distribution Can I distribute the Games anywhere? Yes, you can distribute your Flarie Studio Games across various platforms! Here’s how it works: 1. This is a great way to monitor traffic sources when distributing your Games on different platforms. How to Add SRC for Tracking Generate SRC Parameters: SRC is usually a query string parameter appended to the Game URL. Game Userbase The Game Userbase page is where all the data collected from your Game’s users is presented. This tool provides various options to analyze, manage and export user data from the Game, to ensure you can make the most of your Game's audience. Here’s a breakdown of the key features and how to use them: Data Overview: The page displays all user data collected from the game. Search: Use the search bar to find specific users quickly. Export: Download user data by clicking the 'Export button'. The button also indicates the number of users included in the export. If your game has 'Split Game' activated, a time-period dropdown will appear at the top of the Userbase table. The default view shows the data from the first time period. To view data for a different time period, select it from the dropdown. The table will update automatically. Editing User Data You can modify user details directly from the table to keep your data accurate and up-to-date.

Time Period & Split Game Turning this feature on will give you the possibility to split your Game, meaning you could have e.g. 4 competitions during a month to run weekly competitions with your Game URL. How to set up Split Game: Adding monthly time periods to my game In the selected Game go to Time Period and set a Start - and End Date for your Game Scroll down to Activate 'Split Game' by switching the toggle to ON In the popup, set your first Game period Click on add time period and add the desired number of periods Add a single time period: To add a single time period, set the desired End Date after opening the add time period popup. After that, hit update and the added time period will appear in the table. Add multiple time periods To add multiple time periods at once, select Add Time Periods, and in the popup, select Multiple Time Periods. Select the start date of your second period and add the number of periods you want to create, along with the number of days each period should contain. Please ensure that the start date of the multiple time periods doesn't overlap with the first game period that you created.

Data Collection The Data Collection functionality allows for the collection of various types of first party data. The key selection in this section is the Player Identifier, which determines how the game tracks individual players. A unique identifier is essential for features like Winners & Prizes, while an Email or Username is required to distribute prizes via email or to set up a leaderboard. Did you know that you can also select to collect form data after a finished game round rather than before? By using the Challenge och Luck Based Wins-functions, you can trigger form fill post game rounds. Using pre-game data collection is a surefire way to ensure that people who play your game have to leave their information beforehand. If your goal is to collect first party data, this is the most efficient way of doing so. Some functionality, including using Flarie Studio features that sends out an email, will require you to have a pre-game form fill. Using post-game data collection lowers the threshold for players to engage with your game. We have seen that results indicate that this can increase participation and engagement within audiences since the game is playable directly, rather than forcing users to provide information in order to participate. Different types of identifiers: Browser: This option identifies the player by placing a token in their browser. If the player change the browser or clears their cache, a new token and identifier is created for that player. Email: This option identifies the player by the Email address that they submit in a form before playing their first game round. If the player changes the email address, a new token and identifier is created for that player. Mobile: This option identifies the player by the Mobile Number that they submit in a form before playing their first game round. If the player changes the Mobile Number, a new token and identifier is created for that player. URL Parameter (UUID):This option identifies the player by a value that you pass to the game. A UUID will be added as a query parameter on the url where you add the value for the player. This is the recommended approach for integrations. Example: https://your-game-url.com?uuid={your-player-identifier} Note! We always recommend using a non-functional token to identify your player. If you need to add an extra layer of security, you can use the Authenticated UUID feature, requiring a signed JWT (JSON Web Token) containing the player's UUID, to ensure that only verified users can access the game. Furthermore, you can style the look and design of the form fill that appears when collecting different types of data parameters from the users. This includes Form Title, Terms & Conditions Text, Start Game Button-text etc. To add Data Collection to your game, click on +Add Settings at the bottom of the left hand panel and select 'Data Collection'. The setting will then be added to your panel and you can start setting up your Player Identifier or adding data collection parameters.

Spritesheets A Spritesheet is a single image that combines multiple images. In supported Games, spritesheets allow you to alternate objects during gameplay or create animations, adding vibrant movement and life to your Game. To create a spritesheet, arrange your design assets in a row, side by side, without any spacing between them. If the Game you have selected supports spritesheets, this is noted in the description under the image title. For animated spritesheets, ensure that each frame aligns smoothly with the next to create a seamless animation effect.

Manage Users Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager The 'Manage Users' section allows you to edit existing users and add new ones to your brand and organization. Here's how it works: When you add a new user, they will receive an email invitation to register on the Flarie Studio platform. Once registered, they will automatically be added to your organization with the specific access and role you assigned during the invitation process. As an admin or manager, you can update user roles and permissions in 'Manage Users' at any time to reflect changes in your team’s needs. Available User Roles: Admin: An Admin has full access to all Brands within the Organization and can approve documents, such as Business Terms and Order Confirmations. Admins can add new users for any user roles. Manager: A Manager has access to everything within the Brand. He/she can edit and add users with Manager, Designer or Analyst user roles. Managers will also receive emails regarding updates Terms & Conditions. Designer: Access for Designers is restricted to Creating and Editing Games and Game Centers, but not 'Manage Winners', Analytics or Player data. Designers also have access to Brand Assets. They cannot add new users to Studio. Analyst: Analysts have access to User Base, 'Manage Winners' and Analytics for Games and Game Centers but can not create or edit. Analysts can set up data integration. They cannot add new users to Studio. Important to Note: As a Manager, you cannot upgrade your own role to Admin or assign Admin-level access to yourself. Managers are also restricted from granting access to other brands within the platform. This feature ensures that user management remains secure while giving you the flexibility to organize and grow your team effectively.

Design Assets Design assets allow you to customize the visual elements of your game so it reflects your brand and campaign design. Each game includes a set of brandable assets such as backgrounds, players, obstacles, enemies, and pickups. Depending on the game, there can be between 5 and 20 customizable assets. To update a design asset, create your visual in your preferred design tool and upload it to Studio. Once the asset is added, the game preview updates automatically. Upload design assets Open your game in Studio. Go to the Design section. Create the asset in your design tool using the required size and format. Drag and drop the file into the asset upload area. The game preview will update instantly. Image requirements Each asset includes its required image size and supported file format. These requirements are displayed under the asset description. Different games may require different image sizes to ensure the game functions correctly. Always follow the listed specifications when creating your assets. Supported formats typically include PNG and JPG files. Additional branding You can also customize the screens and buttons shown before and after the game. These elements help create a more consistent branded experience throughout the campaign. Adding branding to these screens is a good opportunity to include messaging, calls to action, or visual elements from your campaign. Design tips When creating assets, make sure important objects and pickups stand out clearly from the background. Good contrast helps players quickly identify interactive elements and keeps the gameplay experience smooth. Tip If you need a template for a specific asset, download the existing asset from the game and use it as a reference. Click the download icon in the bottom-right corner of the asset to save it. You can then open the file in your design tool and use it as a guide when creating your own design.

Web Page Background Image The Web Page Background Image is placed behind your Game when it’s viewed in a web browser, offering an additional opportunity to enhance your branding. Some brands use this space to display a logo next to the game or to extend the game’s visual world across the entire screen, creating a more engaging experience. If your Game is likely to be played in a web browser, be sure to upload an image for the Web Page Background to make the most of this branding opportunity You can preview the background by clicking on 'Full Preview' in the top panel. The preview will then open in a new Browser window and you can see how the Web Page Background Image fits your Game. .

Create a game Create a game by selecting a template from the Game Library. You can browse available games and use filters to find one that fits your campaign goals. About the Game Library When you click Create Game, the Game Wizard opens. Here you can explore the full Game Library and select a game template to use for your campaign. Each template includes built-in gameplay mechanics that you can customize with your own branding, visuals, and messaging. Hover over any game to view a short tutorial that explains how the game works. How to select a game Click Create Game. Browse the Game Library. Use the filters on the left to narrow down the available games. Hover over a game to preview how it works. Click the game you want to use. You will then continue to the next step of the Game Wizard, Where you can start customizing the game. Filter options Time spent Shows the average time players typically spend playing each game. Use this filter to choose games with shorter or longer play sessions depending on your engagement goals. Easy to design Indicates how much customization the game requires. This is based on the number of assets and elements that can be customized. Games with fewer elements are faster to design, while games with more elements allow greater branding flexibility. Branding purpose Helps you find games suited for different marketing objectives. Some games make it easier to showcase multiple products, while others focus on messaging or brand awareness. Platform All games are mobile-friendly. This filter helps identify games that also adapt well to desktop devices. Demographic age Highlights games that perform well with different age groups. Demographic gender Highlights games that perform well with different gender groups. Game categories Browse games grouped by gameplay style to quickly find the type of experience that fits your campaign. Tags Use tags to refine your search using additional characteristics. Tip Combine multiple filters to narrow down the Game Library and quickly find games that match both your branding needs and engagement goals.

Parallax Effects Parallax effect is a layered setup where images move at different speeds within the Game. This effect adds depth and visual interest, making the Game environment feel more dynamic and immersive. Since the image will loop, make sure both ends align seamlessly for a smooth transition. Pay attention to how different layers interact with each other; if you want something, like a logo or product, to remain visible at all times, place it on a layer that won’t be covered by the front layer. Tips! Our top tip is to test thoroughly—play through the game a few times after uploading your images to confirm that everything looks good, loops well, and achieves the effect you want.

Game Status The Game Status defines whether a game should be considered active or not. The status can be toggled between the following statuses: Active: This means that the game counts as an active Game link. This is especially significant for One Game licenses which only allow one active game link at a time. Games also need to be active to work in Gamification scenarios and/or to send payloads if added to webhooks. Draft: The game is currently only a draft and will be populated with banners notifying you that the Game is still in draft mode. It is not counted as an active game link. Expired: This status will automatically appear if a Game has been populated with specific start and end dates. Once the Game passes the end date, the Game Status is changed to Expired by the system.

Start Game Button The 'Start Game Button' can be customized in many different ways to suit the game design. The button consists of two parts, the “Start Game” text and button, and a section showing the high score, ranking and score from latest play round of the player. High score & Ranking The high score shows what the players best score is and what score they got in their last playthrough. In addition to high score, you can also select to enable showing the players their ranking. Ranking shows the current players rank in the game. We recommend pairing ranking with a leaderboard and player identifier. Customize the start button You can select the color and font, as well as adjust the corner radios of the button. For more advanced customization you can also select to upload an image. The uploaded image can be in .png or .jpeg file format and will scale automatically to fit the button size. You can style the button differently, depending on the status of the Game so that the button has a specific color when e.g. status is Expired. A “Game Not Available” popup can be enabled through the toggle. This allows you to communicate with players if the game is inaccessible, due to no UUID or inactive time periods. The popup appears when players click in the Start Game Button. When enabled, you can: Add custom popup text Style the text, position and design of the popup. Optionally include and style a Destination Button with link and label Attempts Attempts is a feature that limits the amount of times a player can play the game and the player will have to gain attempts to be able to play more. You can select whether you want the player to gain a number of attempts daily or get a total set number of attempts. Game attempts will have priority over Gamification attempts, meaning the Game attempts will be used first, when combined. Gamification attempts are interconnected with Flarie Studio's Gamification API feature which allows you to give players attempts in a game based on external triggers such as a purchase or a scan of a QR code. The Gamification feature requires a Space license to use. The number of attempts is added automatically to the front of the text. You can customize where the number of attempts is positioned in the Start Game Button text by moving the placeholder tag in the text: {attempts} E.g. if you want it to be at the end of the text: START GAME - ATTEMPTS: {attempts} If you wish to not show the number of attempts in the Start Game Button, add the placeholder tag: {noAttempts} anywhere in the text. E.g: {noAttempts}START GAME A No Attempts popup can be enabled through the 'Popup' toggle. This lets you show a popup when the player has used all available attempts.The popup appears when the player clicks on the Start Game Button. Once enabled, you can: Add a custom message (e.g. “No more attempts, come back tomorrow!”) Style the text, position and design of the popup. Optionally include and style a Destination Button with link and label, perfect for driving traffic to a store, landing page, or support form.

Terms Add your own Terms and Conditions to your Game with 'Additional Terms'. The terms are accessed via the legal text in the bottom of all games and also when starting a game, along with the other terms and policies that apply. Any additional terms will be added below the brands privacy policy information and above Flaries terms and conditions. If you wish to use the same additional Terms for all your Games, you can pre write your terms for Games and Game Centers in 'Assets & Settings' and it will carry over to all future Games and Game Centers. The 'Additional Terms' can still be edited on individual Games and Game Centers.

Leaderboard The Leaderboard helps drive engagement by adding a sense of competition to your game. It can be fully customized to match your campaign needs. You can control:- How many users are shown on the leaderboard- The visual style of the leaderboard- When it appears, choose to display it before the game, after the game, or both A great tip is to enable ranking on the Start Game button. This way, players can immediately see their current rank before jumping into the game, which helps boost motivation and replay rate. You can add avatars to the leaderboard rows to create a more personalised and branded experience: This feature is controlled by a simple "Display Avatar" toggle switch. When turned ON, you can upload an image (64x64px, PNG or JPG) that appears next to their name on the leaderboard. This is a great way for you to reinforce campaign branding with team or product icons. You can edit the style of the background and texts in the Leaderboard. You can also select the number of rows and if you would like to have a Leaderboard description. Custom Button Custom Buttons in Flarie are flexible elements—either text or image-based—that you can add to your games to create interactive or visual enhancements. They can link to external URLs, trigger image overlays, or simply serve as static design elements. You enable them via Game Settings, then customize their style, positioning, and behavior. Buttons can appear before gameplay, after it, or remain visible throughout the session, depending on your intent—like promoting offers, guiding users, or just adding polish. For efficiency, you can create and save reusable buttons in Assets & Settings, making it easy to apply consistent elements across multiple games. How to add a Custom Button to your game In the selected game, go to + Add Settings and add a Custom Button Add text or an image and style your button to suit your design. Select if you want the button to always be displayed, or after the player has played a round. (optional) Add more Custom Buttons by clicking the + Add Custom Button. There is no limit to how many buttons you can add, but make sure to change the Y value in shape styling in the style bar so that the buttons don’t overlap with each other. Load a pre-configured Custom Button from Assets & Settings If you’ve created Custom Buttons in the Assets & Settings section, a dropdown menu will appear at the top of the settings panel. This allows you to select a version of the button to automatically apply its pre-configured settings in the game. To learn more, check out the Custom Buttons feature in Assets & Settings. If you’ve set a custom button to be added as the default for all games, it will automatically appear as activated in your settings when you create a new game. You can still edit or remove default buttons in the game settings if needed.

Challenge The Challenge feature in Flarie Studio lets creators set score-based goals in games to boost player engagement. When a player reaches the target score, they can receive rewards like coupon codes, URLs, or forms for data collection—ideal for competitions or prize campaigns. Rewards can be shown in-game or sent by email, and multiple entries are supported. To set up a Challenge, enable it in the Game Settings, define a target score, and choose a reward type. You can customize the look and feel to match your brand and access data on all users who completed the Challenge, making it a powerful tool for marketing and user interaction. The setting will then be added to your panel. (optional) Set a target score for your Challenge to encourage your players to play more of the Game. Don’t forget to edit your text to fit your Game. If you are unsure of what Game Score to set, we suggest playing the Game a few times to get an idea of what a good limit would be. If you need suggestions, do not hesitate to contact us for some guidance. Select a Reward type from the 7 available options. Read more about the reward types here. Reward Types Different reward types for challenge Coupon Code - Same for everyone: This reward type will make distribution for one code available through a selected distribution method. It’s perfect if you want to distribute a discount code to all players who have completed the challenge. Coupon Code -Unique for everyone: This reward type makes uploading of codes to distribute available. The code will be displayed through your selected distribution method. This option is good if you want to control the number of rewards that are getting distributed. You can upload an unlimited number of codes, just make sure there are enough codes for each player. If they are all used up, new players won't be able to gain a code, as they are unique to each player who has completed the challenge URL -Same for everyone: This reward type will create a CTA button with one single destination. It’s perfect if you want your players to visit e.g. a specific website after they complete the challenge. You can set the URL in your selected distribution method. URL-Unique for everyone: This reward type will generate a CTA button that is unique for every player in the selected distribution method. This reward type is good if you want to limit the number of URLs that you are distributing. You can upload an unlimited number of URLs, just make sure there are enough URLs for each player. If they are all used up, new players won't be able to gain a URL, as they are unique to each player who has completed the challenge Form - Ask users for data: Reward type Form will instead of a reward in-game popup trigger a form where the players that have completed the challenge will be able to fill in the form with the specific data parameters that you choose to set up after they have finished playing the Game. The data will then be added to the user’s ID and gathered in the User Base. This reward type is an excellent way to gather information about your players such as their Email and Name. URL in button: This reward type will create a CTA out of the winner's text on the game instead of triggering a pop-up when receiving the reward. With this function, you can direct the player to a desired website without triggering a popup. No Instant Reward: No winner message will be displayed or distributed to the player.after completing the game. Reward Popup Types The reward popup that appears after completing the challenge can be configured in the settings. You now have three types of popup styles to choose from: Show Reward: A styled popup with support for an optional image, title, and reward-specific fields you can style. Hide Reward: A minimal layout that includes a text field that you can style None: No popup is displayed. The reward is still processed and logged, but nothing is shown in the game for the players Each popup type supports different customization options depending on the selected reward type (e.g. style for coupon text, button style for URLs, and form fields for data entry). Multi Entry Motivate your players with an increased chance of winning by entering the challenge multiple times. Toggle the switch in ' Multi-Entry' to ON Set a limit to how many times a player can enter the challenge. You can set if the limit should be daily or total for the game period. Style the text to fit your game and brand To delete a Challenge, click the trash can icon next to the setting in the panel, then click 'Publish' to apply the changes to your game. Note that any uploaded codes or URLs will update immediately in the published game, but the feature itself won’t be removed until you publish. To disable Challenge, toggle the switch in the top-right corner of the feature settings. This will disable the feature but retain your configurations, in case you want to enable it again. Remember to click Publish for the changes to take effect in your game Email distribution Send an email to all players that have completed the challenge with their reward, by enabling email distribution. Toggle the switch on ' Send Prize though Email' to ON Set your email sender so that the player knows who the sender is. The email sender will be defaulted to your brand name but can be edited. Set the text and style of your email. You can also use the Send Test Email function to send a preview of the mail that will be distributed to the players. Tips: In Assets & Settings → Email you can set a default email sender and style for all Emails and save time on future Emails. Manage Challenge Winners In Manage Winners you can see the list of all players that have completed the challenge, along with their high scores.

Luck Based Wins Flarie’s Luck Based Wins feature enables you to create games where users can win prizes based on chance. This type of game is commonly used for daily lotteries, instant win competitions, and brand engagement experiences. You can customize how winners are selected, such as drawing one winner per day or distributing a fixed number of wins randomly among players. A key requirement is that all participants must have an equal chance of winning. These campaigns do not require the player to achieve a specific game score to win. Additionally, this feature supports post-game interactions. You can collect form data from players after they complete a round—useful for gathering contact information or survey responses. There's also an option to send follow-up communication via email, allowing you to confirm participation, notify winners, or continue engagement through personalized messaging. The setting will now appear in your panel. Set the details for luck based wins, you can select if you want the game to have a score requirement that the player should reach or not. Set the reward details. Select Reward Type (Read more about Reward Types for luck based wins here), adjust the winning statistics and set a reward limit. The reward limit can be adjusted to be a daily limit or a limit for the whole Game period. Set Reward Distribution, adjust the text and styling to fit your game and select the type of popup you want to include in the Game. (optional) You can activate email distribution if you want to email the reward to the user, this function can be used alongside reward popup and stand alone. Reward Types Different reward types for luck based wins Coupon Code - same for everyone: This reward type will make distribution for one code available through a selected distribution method. It’s perfect if you want to distribute a generic discount code to all players who have won the reward. Coupon Code - Unique for everyone: This reward type makes uploading codes to distribute available. URL - Unique for everyone: This reward type will generate a CTA button that is unique for every player in the selected distribution method. You can upload an unlimited number of URLs, just make sure there are enough URLs for each player. If they are all used up, new players won't be able to gain a URL, as they are unique to each player who has gained the reward. This reward type is good if you want to limit the number of URL’s that you are distributing. Form—Ask users for data: The reward type Form will trigger a form instead of the reward in-game popup. The players who have won the reward will be able to fill in the form with the specific data parameters that you choose to set up. The data will then be added to the user’s ID and gathered in the User Base. This reward type is an excellent way to gather information about your players, such as their Email and Names. Forms can also be styled in the Reward Distribution section. Tips: In Manage brand assets → Form Parameters you can create new form parameters that you want to add to the form. URL in button: This reward type will create a CTA out of the winner's text on the game instead of triggering a pop-up when receiving the reward. With this function, you can direct the player to a desired website without triggering a popup. No Instant Reward: No winner message will be displayed or distributed to the player.after completing the game. Reward Distribution Methods In addition to a winner text that will appear on the game to notify the player that they have won a popup or/and emails can be used. Popup Type - Show RewardShow reward can be selected when picking a reward types Codes, URLs or Form (1-5) in 'Reward Type'. By selecting this option you will be able to upload desired image (optional) and add a reward text. Depending on the Reward type you also style the components that will appear in the popup. Popup Type - Hide Reward:The hide reward popup are available for reward types Codes and URLs (1-4). In the hide reward popup the code or URL will not appear so it's suitable to combine with email distribution. By selecting this option you will be able to upload desired image (optional) and add a reward text. Popup Type - No popupThis option will disable the winner popup and its suitable for when you only want to show the winners text in the game or only send an email without having a popup in game. Send Prize through Email You can also activate the setting to send emails to players that have won a reward. To activate this settings you need to have Data Collection activated and email as a parameter so that the system can collect Email addresses and send emails to they players who have won a reward. Manage Luck Based Winners In manage winners you are able to see the list on all players that have won a reward.

Winners & Prizes Flarie's Winners & Prizes feature automates the selection of winners and the distribution of prizes at the end of a game period. To set it up, navigate to your game's settings in Flarie Studio, add the 'Winners & Prizes' module, and configure the selection criteria—such as random draw, highest score, or random selection among top scorers. You can define the number of winners and choose the type of reward to distribute. If desired, the system can automatically send prizes via email, using customizable templates that align with your brand. Reward options include shared or unique coupon codes and URLs, which can be uploaded and managed within the platform. How to set up Winners & Prizes To add Winners & Prizes to your game, click on +Add Settings at the bottom of the left hand panel and select 'Winners & Prizes'. The setting will then be added to your panel. Select the Unique Identifier to Email, to identify the player. Now that the Unique Identifier has been set up you can go to Game Settings → Winners & Prizes to toggle the switch to ON to activate that function. Select how you want the system to select the winner. 'Randomized by High Score' allows you set a minimum score that users need to reach in order to have the chance to win the prize (optional). The winner will then be randomized from the list of players that qualify, or from all players if no minimum score is set. 'High Score': Selects the top players based on their high score Select the number of winners you want the Game to have. Of your reward is 'Unique URLs' or 'Unique Coupon Codes', make sure you have enough URLs/Codes uploaded (optional) if you have selected 'Randomize by High score' this is where you can set a minimum high score that needs to be reached by the player to qualify to be randomized as the winner. Randomize by probability (multi-entry) is only available if you can activate multi-entry in challenge, read more about multi-entry here. (optional) Select and set up if you want the prize to be distributed through email To delete Winners & Prizes, click the trash can icon next to the setting in the panel, then click Publish to apply the changes to your game. Note that any uploaded codes or URLs will update immediately in the published game, but the feature itself won’t be removed until you publish. To disable Winners & Prizes, toggle the switch in the top-right corner of the feature settings. This will disable the feature but retain your configurations. Remember to click Publish for the changes to take effect in your game. Send Prize Though Email The system can automatically send prizes through email when the game period ends. Scroll down to Send Prize Through Email and switch the toggle to ON to activate it. Select and set up the Reward Type (read more about the Reward Types below) Set the email sender so that the user knows that you are the sender. The email sender will be defaulted to your brand name. Set the text and style of your email. You can also use the Send Test Email function to send a replica of the mail that will be distributed to the players. Tips: In Assets & Settings → Email you can set the email sender and style of email beforehand and save time on future Emails you create. Reward Types Different reward types for prizes: Coupon Code - same for everyone: This reward type will send the same code to all winners. It’s perfect if you want to distribute the same discount code to all prize winners. Coupon Code - Unique for everyone: This reward type allows you to upload unique codes to the winners. Make sure that you upload the same amount of codes as the set selected winners. URL - Same for everyone: This reward type will create a CTA button with one single destination in your email to the winners. URL - Unique for everyone: This reward type will create a CTA button that has a unique URL for all prize winners. Make sure that you upload the same amount of codes as the set selected winners. Manage Winners & Prizes In Manage Winners you can see the list of all players that have won a prize.

Popup Messages This section dictates the styling and texts for the different popups in your game Center. In the main section you can set the styling for the pop-ups as well as the text and styling for the general Confirm, Close and Next buttons. You can also set the texts for confirmations (pop-up text Prize) and the error messages that might be needed, e.g. if the users tries to make a purchase without having enough coins or if a reward is out of stock. All these texts are pre-populated but you might want to edit them to suit your Game Center better, or translate them to another language.

Modules The main content of the Game Center consists of different modules. There are five different kinds: Game Module, Ad Module, Text Module, Store Module and Competition modules. The Competition modules are only available if you have the advanced game center. You can mix these modules and place them in whatever order you want. You can also use the same kind of module and stack on top of each other several times. Status on Modules You can choose to control if a module should be visible or not in the Game Center through the Module Status. You can change the status through a toggle. A module status can either be visible or hidden. Module status overrides status on the Game and Reward level. Start and End Date You can choose to set a Start Date and End Date for a module to control when it will appear in the Game Center. If you set a Start/End Date on the module level it will override any Start/End Date set on the Game and Reward level. Drag and Drop Modules You can move modules up or down the list of modules by pressing and holding down the hamburger icon and dragging the module in the list. This sorting will reflect on the Game Center view. Example: if you drag the same module to the bottom of the list the game module will now appear in the bottom of the game center.

Text Module The Text module is a great module if you want to add some text in-between modules, explaining e.g. a competition or campaign you are running. How to add a Text Module Click on Add Module and select Text Module from the popup Select module status and set a Start - and End Date (optional) to control when the module should appear in the Game Center Add a Text Header and Description text and style them.

Ad Module In the Ad module you can add an image to display an ad, highlight a campaign or just visually improve your Game Center. The image can be clickable and you can add any URL to the Ad image. How to set up an Add Click on 'Add Module' and select 'Ad Module' from the popup Select the status for the module through the Visible/Hidden toggle. As soon as the status is set to Visible, your players will be able to see it in the Game Center. Select if you want a Start - and/or End date to the Reward module to control when it will appear in the Game Center and for how long it should be available. Name your Module (optional) Select the Ad size you want. Either full width or half width Drag and drop the image you want to use. You find the recommended image size above the upload image box. Ad an external URL link (optional).

Redirection Links Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager Redirection links are a powerful tool for maintaining a single link while changing its destination as needed. For example, if you’re printing a QR code on product packaging, you won’t need to reprint the packaging every time you update the content. Instead, use a redirection link to keep the same QR code while seamlessly swapping out the linked game or URL whenever necessary. Redirection links aren’t limited to games—they can be used for any URL. You can even set up an automated schedule to change the destination at specific times, all with a simple one-time setup. How to create a redirection link: Navigate to Redirect Links in the menu. Click the 'Create New Link' button Enter a name for your URL. Avoid using spaces or special characters. The brand prefix can be edited under Assets & Settings. Select a game or input a custom URL as the destination. Optionally, set a start and end date to automate changes to the redirection link. Confirm your setup, and then copy and share the redirection link as needed.

Fonts Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager, Designer Upload custom fonts to be used when styling text for your Games and Game Centers. You can upload multiple fonts and apply them in text styling. How to upload Fonts: Navigate to Fonts in Assets and Settings through the mega menu. Click the 'Add New Font' button. Set a Font Name. This is the name that will be visible in all font dropdown across the platform. Upload a Regular and a Bold version of the Font. The Font needs to be in .otf or .ttf format. (optional) Select if you want the font to automatically be the default font in future settings. Click 'Add Font to Assets', the font is now available when styling texts. Your fonts will be available in all font dropdowns in Flarie Studio, e.g in general settings on Games and Game Centers.

Emails Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager, Designer The Emails feature allows you to set the default styling for your emails sent through the platform. These settings will automatically apply to all future Games, Game Centers, and emails created under your account, ensuring consistent branding across all emails. How to customize Email styling: Navigate to the Emails section under Assets & Settings in the menu. Update the email sender information to align with your brand, making it clear to recipients who the email is from. Adjust the text and button styles to match your brand’s design guidelines. Upload a header and footer image that reflect your brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing email layout.

Form Parameters Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager In Form Parameters, you can create custom data points to use in forms that appear in Games and Game Centers. How to add a Form Parameter: Navigate to 'Form Parameters' in Assets & S'ettings'. Click 'Add Form Parameter' Button Set an Internal Name. This name will be used your Form settings in Data Collection and in Analytics. Once the name is set, it cannot be changed. Set the component type your question should have. You can select between Free Text, Dropdown, Radio Buttons or Checkbox. Depending on what component type you picked, fill in the description or answers the user can select from. (optional) Select if you want the form parameter to be automatically added to all data collection forms you create in the future. Click 'Save'. When creating forms and adding parameters in new Games and Game Centers, the Form Parameters you created will be in the list under the Internal Name you set.

Terms Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager When collecting user data it's important to have users agree to terms and conditions. In Brand Terms you can populate the terms and conditions text with terms important to your brand. This will apply to all future Games and Game Centers. How to add Brand Terms: Navigate to 'Assets & Settings' in the mega menu and then to 'Terms' in the side panel. In the 'Additional Terms and Conditions' text box add your terms and conditions, they will now be applied to all future Games and Game Centers.

Time Zone Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager Select the Time-Zone you wish to use as default in all time-sensitive settings across the platform. It can still be edited in the settings for individual Games, Game Centers and Receipt Solutions. How to set a time zone: Navigate to Assets & Settings in the mega menu and then to Time Zone in the side panel Select the Time Zone you wish to use in the dropdown. The selected Time Zone will be set as the default across the platform.

Userbase Emails How to send an email through user base: Scroll down past the graph to the User Base table (Optional) Use filters to select the specific users you want to email Click on the 'Send Email' button above the user list Fill in all information and upload email banners to personalize the email (optional) If you want the email to be sent at a certain date and time, you can use the date pickers to schedule a date and time when the email should be sent Click 'Create Email'. The email has now been sent/scheduled to send for the filtered user group. In the Email Table, you can view previously sent emails, duplicate created emails, and edit scheduled emails.

Analytics Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager, Analyst In the Analytics page you can view data of how all your created Games are performing. You can filter the data to be shown for a specific Game or Game Center or view the overall performance for all your Games within the selected dates in the Date Filter Download a report from the analytics page, customize the report by selecting the data points you want to include in the report. You can also receive weekly emails with analytics statistics about your game, go into your profile to customize the setting. The data points that can be found are: Live Players: Number of players who have played the games in the past hour. Players: Total number of unique players who have played the games. Avg. Time per Player: Average time spent per player Avg. Game Rounds per Player: Average number of game rounds played per player. Active Days per Player: The average number of days each player was active during the selected time period. Each player is counted once per day, no matter how many sessions they had Time in Game: Total time spent by all players in the game, displayed In hours. Game Loads: Number of times the game has been loaded by players. Game Rounds: Total number of game rounds played. Challenge Completed: Number of times challenges have been successfully completed by players. Total Graph: Displays cumulative totals of selected metrics—such as rounds, game loads, or players—over time, based on the selected filter and date range. Per Game Graph: Plots each game as a separate line. The Y-axis metric can be changed using the dropdown in the top right. Clicks: Shows the number of clicks on custom CTAs within the games. Operating System: Shows the distribution of players by OS. Device: Show the distribution of players by device type. Browser: Shows the distribution of players by browser type UTM Statistics: You can find UTM Source, Medium, Name, Campaign ID, Term and Content You can see the stats broken down per Game in the Game Table below the graph and data points.

Organization Details Who can access this page: Admins The Organization Details page allows admins to manage key information about your organization. Completing this section is essential for activating games and ensuring your game terms are accurate. To access this page, navigate to 'Account' in the menu and then to the 'Organization Details' section in the platform settings to view or edit the fields. Some fields are mandatory and must be filled out before you can set any games to active: Organization Name: Enter the official name of your organization. Street Address, City, and Zip Code: Provide your organization’s address details. Country: Select the country your organization operates from. VAT Number: Add your VAT or tax identification number if applicable. Invoicing Email: Specify the email address for receiving invoices related to your account. Game Terms Contact Information The following fields will be automatically included in the Game Terms displayed to users and ensures compliance and provide transparency for your audience. Privacy Policy URL: Provide a link to your organization’s privacy policy URL for Questions Regarding Games or Competitions: Enter a URL where users can contact you for support related to games or competitions. Make sure all required fields are accurate, as they will impact your ability to activate Games. Once all fields are completed, click the 'Update Organization' button to save your changes. By keeping the Organization Details up to date, you’ll ensure that your games are properly configured and compliant with the necessary terms and policies.

Manage Brands Who Can use this feature: Admin, Manager The Brands section allows Admins and Managers to view, edit, and manage brands associated with an organization. Each organization can have multiple brands, and this section ensures that brand-specific details are correctly configured. To manage Brands, navigate to 'Accounts' in the menu and then to the 'Brands' section. Here, you will see a list of all the brands linked to your Organization. Each brand can be edited individually by clicking the icon on the right-hand side of the table. Brand Name: Update the name of the brand for identification. Address Details: Fill out the 'Street Address,' 'City,' 'Country,' and 'Zip Code' fields. These fields are required for specific brand operations, such as activating games or generating accurate game terms. 'Privacy Policy URL': Provide a link to the brand's privacy policy. This will automatically appear in the game terms for users. 'URL for General Questions': Add a URL where users can contact your team with questions about games or competitions. Brand Prefix: This prefix is used in your redirect links (e.g. game.flarie.com/rd/yourbrand/your_game_name). It must be between 1–25 characters and cannot contain spaces or special characters Brand Access: Assign specific users access to the brand by checking their names in the 'Brand Access' section. Only selected users will be able to manage and work on this brand.

License Plan In the license tab you are able to see what license plan you are currently using and the end date for your license. If you wish to renew or upgrade your License, simply click on 'Update License' and a notification is sent to our Customer Success team who will contact you to renew your current license, or find the best License Plan for you,

Documents & Agreements The Documents & Agreements page provides an overview of important documents related to your use of Flarie Studio. Here’s what you can do on this page: 1. View Documents This section displays a list of documents sent by Flarie that require your approval. For each document, you can see: The document title. The upload date. The approval status , including the approval date. These documents are essential for ensuring compliance and enabling the use of Flarie Studio. 2. Access Terms and Policies At the bottom of the page, you’ll find quick links to important policies: Terms of Use: Understand the rules and conditions for using Flarie Studio. Privacy Policy: Learn how your data is collected and used. Cookie Policy: Review details about how cookies are managed. Click on any link to view the respective policy.

Gamification Scenarios Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager Gamification involves incorporating Game mechanics into non-Game environments, such as products or services, to boost user engagement. For example, you can reward customers with a Gaming experience after completing a transaction or achieving another desired action. With Flarie Studio, you can design a variety of Gamification scenarios to enhance your service. Some scenarios integrate with the Game Center, while others are focused on individual Games. How to choose a gamification scenario Flarie Studio offers four Gamification scenarios that can be used individually or combined with other solutions: Attempts/Unlock games: Reward players with attempts in a Game when they complete a specific task, such as reaching a target score or performing an external action like a transaction. Adventure mode: Create a journey for players in the Game Center by unlocking Games and Rewards in a specific sequence, providing a structured and engaging progression. Coins Distribution: Give players coins as rewards for reaching a score in a Game or completing an external action. These coins can then be spent on Rewards in the Game Center. Unlock Reward: Set tasks for players to complete, such as reaching a target score, purchasing a Reward, or performing an external action, to unlock Rewards. These scenarios offer flexibility to tailor Gamification to your audience’s preferences, helping drive engagement and loyalty.

Adventure Mode First, make sure you have already prepared an Active Game Center with Games and/or Rewards in it to be used in the gamification scenario. Navigate to Gamification in the menu, and click on Create Gamification. Then pick Adventure mode. Name your Gamification scenario. (Optional) Set your Gamification status to 'Active'. You can change the status at any time but the Gamification needs to be Active in order for it to work. In the Gamification flow, click on 'Add Games' and add the Games that you have prepared to be included in the Gamification scenario. You can also add Rewards by clicking the 'Add Rewards' button. In the Gamification flow table, sort the Games and Rewards in the order you want the player to clear them. You can press the arrows to change the order. Add a target score that the player needs to reach in the Game to unlock the next one. (Optional) Add a custom popup text for if players click on the locked Game. This can be set by ticking the Set Game lock pop-up text in the Gamification flow table on the selected Game. (Optional) Add a custom popup text for if players click on the locked Game. This can be set by ticking the Set Game lock pop-up text in the Gamification flow table on the selected Game. Save your Gamification and try it out in the selected Game Center.

Gamification Analytics The Gamification Analytics page provides a detailed event breakdown for each Gamification scenario. It is designed to help you track and analyze how users interact with your gamified features, offering valuable insights to improve engagement and optimize performance. Navigate to the Gamification section in the menu and click on the "See Analytics" button to view this page. By default, the page displays data from the past month. You can adjust the date range at the top of the page to view analytics that match your specific needs. This flexibility allows you to track performance over different periods. Event Breakdown: Each Gamification event is listed on the page. Next to each event, you will see the total number of interactions or "sent events." Statistics Breakdown: To dive deeper into an event's data, expand the chevron (dropdown arrow) next to the event name. This reveals a detailed breakdown of statistics for that specific gamification scenario, helping you understand how users engage with each feature.

Game Module This module is where you connect Games to your Game Center. Make sure you have at least one Game, prepared and active, to connect. You can change the order the modules appear in the Game Center by dragging them up and down in the Module list. How to set up a Game Module Click on 'Add Module' and select 'Game Module' from the popup Select if you want the module to be Hidden or Visible Name your Module (optional) Set a Start - and End Date (optional) to control when it will appear in the Game Center and for how long. Keep in mind that if you have set a Start/End Date at the module level, it will override any Start/End Date set at the game level. Add a Title and Description text to the module and style to fit the Game Center How to add Games to the module Add Games to the module by clicking on the 'Add Games' button. The list will show all Games in your Games Library. Select the Games you want and click on 'Select'. You can add as many Games as you want to the module and all the Games you have selected will be added to the Games Table. The default status will be Hidden. The Games will be added to the Games Table. Click on Edit Settings on the Game in the table to open the popup for the settings for the specific Game. Select the status for the Game through the Visible/Hidden toggle. As soon as the status is set to Visible, your players will then be able to see it in the Game Center. Select if you want a Start - and/or End date to the Game to control when it will appear in the Game Center and for how long it should be available. Keep in mind that if you have set a Start/End Date at the module level, it will override any Start/End Date set at the Reward level. When an End Date has passed, the status is automatically changed to Hidden. Choose Game image size of the Game Image (full size or half size). Once you have set the size, you can upload an image that will represent the Game in the Game Center. The recommended image size will be visible above the file drop/upload box. Select if you want the game to have a Game Lock (optional). If you don't want it to be available to players straight away. This will add a lock icon and a countdown to when the Game will be unlocked. Select the number of days you want the countdown to last and upload an image if you want to replace the Game image during the countdown period. This is great for retention. If the user tries to play the Game during the locked period, a popup will appear. The text for the popup is set in the popup messages section Click on Save. You can change the order the Games appear in the module by dragging the Game up or down in the Game table. You can also edit the Game setup, change the status of the Game or delete the Game from the module by clicking on the '...' icon in the table.

Store Module A store module is a place where the players can purchase items in your Game Center with the currency they earn by playing Games in the Game Center. You can add any number of stores and store items and they can be e.g discounts, digital and physical products. How to set up a Store Module Make sure you have 'wallet' activated in Game Center Header settings. Click on 'Add Module' and select Store Module from the popup Name your Module (optional) Add a Text Header and Description text and style them (optional) Select the status for the Store module through the Visible/Hidden toggle. As soon as the status is set to Visible, your players will be able to see it in the Game Center. Select if you want a Start - and/or End date to the Store module to control when it will appear in the Game Center and for how long it should be available. Keep in mind that if you have set a Start/End Date at the module level, it will override any Start/End Date set at the Store Item level. When an End Date has passed, the status is automatically changed to Hidden. Choose the size for the Store Item Image. Sizes to choose between are full size and half size. Once you have set the size, you can upload an image that will represent the Store Item in the Game Center. The recommended image size will be visible above the file drop/upload box. Set a Price for the Store Item. The price determines how much the Reward will cost for players to purchase in the currency you have selected (e.g. coins). Select if you want the reward to have a cooldown period (optional), meaning a period when players are unable to purchase the same Store Item more than once. Select the number of days you want the cooldown to last and upload an image to replace the Store Item image during the cooldown period. If the user tries to buy the Store Item during the cooldown period, a popup will appear. The text for the popup is set in the popup messages section Select if you want the reward to have a Store Item Lock (optional) if you don't want it to be available to players straight away. This will add a lock icon and a countdown to when the Store Item will be unlocked. Select the number of days you want the countdown to last and upload an image if you want to replace the Store Item image during the countdown period. This is great for retention. If the user tries to buy the Store Item during the locked period, a popup will appear. The text for the popup is set in the popup messages section Select a reward type that should trigger when the Store Item is purchased. You can read more about the different Store Item types below. Add the needed information to the selected Store Item type, e.g a coupon code, if that is the selected Store Item type Select if you want to set a limited stock or not for the Store Item. You will be able to keep track of the stock in the Store Item Table. Setup the text for the email that the Store Item is gonna be attached to. Email is always the distribution method for all Store Items. Save and its completed. You can change the order the Store Items appear in the module by dragging the Store Item up or down in the Store Item table. You can also edit the Store Item setup, see any uploaded coupons, change the status of the Store Item or delete the Store Item from the module by clicking on the '...' icon in the table. Store Item Types All Rewards are distributed via email. The different Reward types available are Coupon Code - same for everyone: This Store Item type will distribute a generic coupon code for all players who buy the Store Item. You can set the code to be distributed in the Coupon Code input field. Coupon Code - Unique for everyone: This Store Item type enables you to upload a set of unique coupon codes to be distributed to the players who purchase the Store Item. Add your unique codes in the input field, separated by a comma, and upload the codes. Make sure you upload enough codes to cover the purchases of the code. If they are all used up, new players won't be able to buy a code, as they are unique to each player. The codes can be viewed or edited from the Store Item Table in the module settings. URL - Same for everyone: This Store Item type will create a CTA button in the Store Item email with one generic destination for all purchases of the Store Item. You can set the destination URL you want to use in the Destination URL input field. URL - Unique for everyone: This Store Item type will generate a CTA button that is unique for every player who purchases the Store Item. You can upload an unlimited number of URLs, just make sure there are enough URLs for each player. If they are all used up, new players won't be able to gain a URL, as they are unique to each player who has purchased the Store Item. Form - Ask users for data: This Store Item type will trigger a form where the players that have purchased the Store Item will be able to fill in the form with the specific data parameters that you choose to set up. The data will then be added to the user’s ID and gathered in the User Base. This Store Item type is mainly used to gather addresses to send physical Store Item, such as merchandise. Store Data In Game Center Store data you can view the number of Store Item that have been distributed through the game center and how many unique players have claimed the Store Item. Through the Store Item table, there is also a list of the users that have claimed said Reward.

Wallet The Game Center enables users to collect currency for their account which they can in turn exchange for different rewards. Users collect currency by participating in different competitions and most commonly, playing games. The amount of currency that the users get is determined by the amount of points they score in the different games. By utilizing Gamification you can also allow users to earn coins in other ways, for example by reaching a score in a game or by performing an external action. To enable wallet and currency in your Game Center, simply activate the wallet by toggling the switch to ON. Add any image for your currency. You can also set a cooldown if you want limit how much currency you want a player to be able to earn each day.

Game Center A Game Center is like a digital arcade—a central hub where all your games and rewards come together in one place, making it easy for users to explore and engage. With a Game Center, you can gather your Games, set up a Reward store, and connect ads to external URLs to boost engagement and retention. By activating the Wallet feature, users can earn in-Game currency while playing, which they can spend on Rewards in the store you set up within the Game Center. This makes gameplay more interactive and encourages repeated visits. Game Centers can be used with any type of game setup and shared via a URL, QR code, or seamlessly integrated into an app, offering a flexible and engaging experience for your audience. General Settings This section controls the status, Start - and End Dates, as well as the general look and feel of your Game Center. Here you will find everything from background images and text styling. You will be able to decide the different backgrounds and colours as well. Game Center Status Game Center Status defines if a Game Center should be considered active or not. The status can be toggled between the following statuses: Active: This means that the Game Center counts as an active Game Center link. Game Centers also need to be active to work in Gamification scenarios and/or to send payloads if added to webhooks. Draft: The Game Center is currently only a draft and will be populated with banners notifying you that the game is still in draft mode. It is not counted as an active Game Center link. For licenses where Game Center is not included, the status will always be draft. Expired: This status will automatically appear if a Game Center has been populated with specific start and end dates. Once the Game Center passes the end date, the Game Center status is changed to Expired by the system.

Email Design This section determines the design of all emails that are sent out by the system, e.g Account Verification emails or Reward Emails. The user can add a top image and a bottom image, style text and buttons and specify what the sender of the e-mail should be. Set your email sender so that the user knows that you are the sender. The email sender will be defaulted to your brand name. Set the text and style of your email. You can use the Send Test Email function to send a preview of the mail that will be distributed to the players. Tips: In Assets & Settings → Email, you can set the email sender and style of email beforehand and save time on future Emails you create.

Data Collection & Login By activating the Data Collection & Login functionality you automatically add a login flow to your Game Center. This section dictates the styling and texts for the login - and registration flow for new and existing users. This is also where you will decide what type of information you want to collect from new users, as well as setting up your terms and conditions. The main thing that you will select in the Data Collection section is the type of player identifier that you want the Game Center to have. This is what identifies the users when they return to the Game Center. There are two available Identifiers: Different types of identifiers User Input: The user will provide information through a form. You will then set custom parameters deciding which information you wish to collect from the user. There are several different parameters available in the “+Add Parameters”-section URL Parameter: With this option, you can add player information to the game URL. Add the desired parameters below and append them to your URL. Example:https://your-game-url.com?{parameter}={your_value} If you need to add an extra layer of security, you can use the Authenticated UUID feature, requiring a signed JWT (JSON Web Token) containing the player's UUID, to ensure that only verified users can access the game. Learn more about how to implement this here: Authenticated UUID Tutorial You can also set custom parameters deciding which additional information, if any, you wish to collect from the user. There are several different parameters available in the “+Add Parameters”-section Select whether you want the parameter to be based on User input through a Form, or a URL parameter, which will be appended to your Game URL. Select one of the parameter types from the drop-down. If you have selected User Input”, make sure you add a descriptive name in the Input Field Text so that the player can easily understand what information to provide. (optional)If you have added custom parameters to your 'Brand Settings', they will also be available hereTo avoid forcing your users to fill out multiple forms or provide the same information multiple times we suggest you do not enable Data Collection in any of your Games and only use the User Base functionality in Game Center to identify players and collect user data. Proceed to set the texts for the login emails. The emails will follow the styling you have set up in 'Email Design' section or your 'Assets & Settings'. You can determine the text color and background color of the login flow, as well as add a logo if you wish. All texts for your login flow, as well as Terms texts, are available under Login Text

User Base Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager The User Base page provides a comprehensive overview of all User data collected from your Games and Game Centers. On this page, you can view the total number of users and track the number of new users added to the User Base. Additionally, you can access and filter user data based on various parameters or search for specific users. You can filter the data on Date, specific Games or Game Centers, or the parameters you have collected through your Games and Game Centers. All user data can be exported to a CSV file for further analysis or use in other applications. The User Base also includes a built-in "Send Email" feature. This allows you to send emails with various content to users who have opted in to receive marketing emails. You can choose to schedule emails for a later date or send them immediately.

Coins Distribution First, make sure you have already prepared a Game Center and set it to 'Active' Navigate to Gamification in the menu and click on 'Create Gamification'. Then pick 'Coins Distribution' from the scenarios. Name your Gamification scenario. (Optional) Set your gamification status to Active. Select the Game Center you want the players to gain coins in Set an Internal or External Condition. How to set an Internal Condition for Coins Distribution An Internal Condition can be set up with Attempts/Unlock games. Select 'Reach Score in Game' in the Internal Scenario dropdown for the set condition. Select the Game that the user needs to play to gain coins. Only Games in the selected Game Center can be picked. Set a Target Score that the players need to reach Set the amount of coins the user should get for reaching the score. The user is only able to receive the Reward once per game period on the same game. Save the Gamification How to set up an External Condition for Coins Distribution. Select 'External' in the set condition for the Gamification Scenario. Set the amount of coins the user should gain from triggering the external condition. Save the Gamification If this is your first time setting up an external condition make sure to generate an Access Key for your brand: Expand the See External API Guide and navigate to the access key, or navigate to Integration → Access Keys. Generate and copy the key to your API. If an API Access key has already been generated, generating a new one will invalidate the old key.

Select 'Internal' or 'External' condition, depending on what the plan for the Gamification is. How to set an internal condition for attempts/unlock games Two different Internal Conditions can be set up with Attempts/Unlock Games. Reach score in game Select 'Reach score in Game' in the internal scenario dropdown for the set condition. Select the Game that the player has to play to gain Attempts Set a score the player has to reach to gain the Attempts Set the amount of Attempts the player will gain when reaching the set score. If you select 'Unlimited', the Game will be unlocked, once the player reaches the score. Save the condition and add more conditions, if needed. Save the Gamification Buy attempts in Game Center First, make sure you have prepare an Active Game Center with a Reward to connect the condition with. Select 'Buy Attempts in Game Center' in the internal scenario dropdown for the set Condition Select the Game Center that the user needs to purchase the Reward in. Select the Reward that needs to be purchased to gain the Attempts. Set the amount of Attempts the user should gain from purchasing the Reward. If you select unlimited, then the Game will be fully unlocked after the player purchases the Reward. Save the Condition and add more Conditions, if needed. Save the Gamification. How to set an external condition for Attempts/Unlock Games Select 'External' in the set condition for the Gamification scenario. Set the amount of Attempts the user should gain from triggering the External Condition. Save the Condition and add more Conditions, if needed. Select the Game Center users should unlock Rewards in In the Reward, table click 'Add Rewards' and add the rewards. Only Rewards from the selected Game Center will be available to select (Optional) Write a custom popup text for if players click on the locked Reward. Set an Internal or External condition. How to set an Internal Condition for Unlock Rewards Two different kinds of Internal conditions can be set up with Attempts/Unlock Games. Buy Reward in Game Center Prepare another Reward, excluding the ones in the reward table to connect the condition with. Save the Gamification Reach Game Score in Game Prepare a Game in the selected Game Center to connect the scenario with. Select 'Reach Score in Game' in the internal scenario dropdown for the set condition. Select the Game that the player has to play to gain Attempts Only Games from the selected game center are available to select Set a score that the player has to reach to unlock the Reward. Save the Gamification How to set an External Condition for Unlock Rewards Select 'External' in the set condition for the Gamification scenario. Save the Gamification If this is your first time setting up an external condition make sure to generate an Access Key for your brand. API Access Key Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager Your API access key is required to authenticate with the Flarie API and should be included as the accessKey parameter in the payload. For webhook requests sent from Flarie, a Bearer token can be added in the Authorization header, formatted as Bearer by setting the Request Configuration to "Flarie Authentication". While optional, verifying this token on your server adds a layer of security by confirming that the request originated from Flarie. How to create an API Access Key. Navigate to 'Access Keys' in the menu. Click on 'Generate Key' to generate a key. If an API Access Key has already been generated, generating a new one will invalidate the old key. Webhook Secret Key Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager Your Webhook Secret Key plays a crucial role in securing your webhook payload by generating a hash, ensuring the request originates from Flarie and remains unaltered. This hash, formulated as SHA-256 (payload + secretKey) is included in the headers under the X-Signature attribute, providing an added layer of verification and integrity protection. The Webhook Secret Key is optional and you can enable it on your webhooks under "Custom Headers". How to get a Webhook Secret Key. Navigate to Access Keys by expanding the menu. Generate and copy the key to use it If a Webhook Secret Key has already been generated, generating a new one will invalidate the old key. UUID Secret Key Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager Your UUID Secret Key is essential for authenticating access to your Game and Game Center. When you enable URL Parameter as the Player Identifier, it allows you to enable an additional authentication layer using JWT (JSON Web Token). When Authenticated UUID is enabled, your Game and Game Center requires the uuid query parameter to be a signed JWT token. The UUID Secret Key is optional. How to get an UUID Secret Key. Navigate to Access Keys by expanding the menu. Generate and copy the key to use it If a UUID Secret Key has already been generated, generating a new one will invalidate the old key.

For instance, you can introduce custom controls to improve user interaction during gameplay, such as a custom close button or dynamic functionality that adapts based on whether the user is actively playing the game. Callbacks & Methods We support callbacks and methods for app integrations. You can use these callbacks and methods to create more customization in your app, for example your own loading screen or a custom restart view for your game. You can also use them to save data passed back to you from the game to create custom experiences in your app, such as unlocking certain features of your apps using games. Callbacks Callbacks contain an interface name that you may listen to. Once the data is being sent the body of the message will contain the json data passed to your interface. Callback: Loading If you wish to build a custom loading screen for your game you can use our callback for Loading. When the progress value reaches 100 you are ready to hide your custom loading screen and present the game. Note! This callback should not be used as a listener for when to call startGame(). Instead use the gameReady-callback. Example: {"loading": {"progress": value}}; Parameter Type Description value int Progress of your loading, 0-100. Callback: Game Ready When the game along with all components has finished loading and the game is ready to be started. Use this callback if you wish to call startGame-method programmatically. [POST] Trigger Gamification events This guide is for external Gamification Condition - events created in Flarie Studio. Example / Use Case Company X run an e-commerce selling clothes online and want to increase their sales on t-shirts. To do so they incentives Customers by giving out 5 game attempt to a promotional competition with great prizes every time a Customer buy a t-shirt. Company X has created a Gamification Condition in Flarie Studio that is configured to give 5 game attempts to the customer every time this api is called. When the Customer purchase a t-shirt, Company X will trigger the api from their backend. Company X has a unique identifier on their end on every Customer. This is passed as the playerIdentifier in the api. When it’s time for the Customer to play in the competition the same playerIdentifier is passed to the game as a URL Parameter. Receipts Scan Who can use this feature: Admin, Manager, Designer. Analyst has access to analytics data. Receipt scan enables Gamification of receipts. By setting up the Receipts Scan, you can connect it to a Gamification scenario to incesitsise users to purchase a product, scan it with the receipt scan and then gain attempts or coins, depending on the Gamification scenario you have set up.Gamification of receipts is a great and fun way for the consumers to engage with your brand and products. How to setup a receipt scan? Make sure you have Gamification set up with at least one External Condition. Navigate to receipts in the navigation bar, if you don’t see it available it could be that the feature is not a included in your License Plan Click on 'Create New Receipt Scan'.In the 'General Settings' tab, set an internal name for the Receipt Scan. This will make it easier to identify in the table later. (Optional) Add a 'Start and End Date' for the Receipt Scan. Users will only be able to access it during the specified dates. Outside of these dates, the Receipt Scan will be unavailable. Define a 'Player Identifier' to ensure the system recognizes users across features. For Gamification to work properly, the same type of Identifier needs to be set on both features. Adjust the 'Style and Terms' of the Receipt Scan to align with your brand guidelines and specific needs. Add a Condition Go to the 'Condition' tab in the left navigation menu and click 'Add Condition'. In the 'Add Condition' popup: Select the currency you’re using. If your currency is not listed, contact Flarie for assistance. Set the 'minimum amount' the customer needs to spend. Choose a 'pre-made gamification scenario' to link the Receipt Scan to your campaign. 8. Navigate to the styling tab in the left navigation and adjust the styling to suit your brand. 9. Add Products Go to the 'Product' tab and click 'Add Products'. In the 'Add Product' popup: Add products either 'one at a time' or 'multiple products at once'. Provide an 'internal name' for the product to help recognize it in analytics. Include possible 'name variations' of the product as listed by stores (this ensures the scanner correctly identifies the product on receipts). 10. Add Stores Go to the 'Store' tab and click 'Add Store'. In the 'Add Store' popup: Add stores either 'one at a time' or 'multiple stores at once'. Enter store details manually, or follow the provided template to upload multiple stores in bulk. The system will then recognize these stores during receipt scanning. The receipt scan is now ready for distribution and you can copy the link to distribute the URL through QR-codes or social media etc.

Uploaded Receipts In uploaded receipts you can view data and search all the receipts that have been uploaded to the system.

Receipt Analytics In receipt analytics you can sort the analytics data depending on what market/currencry you have selected in the receipt condition and filter on a certain time period. Analytics data that you can see are: Total receipt Total products Total purchase Avg purchase Top chains Top stores Top product

Manage Winners The tables shows all the people who have completed the competitions set up in your Game. The tables are only visible if you have activated settings within that specific competition (Challenge, Luck Based Winns, Winners & Prizes) Randomize Winners This functionality will enable you to manually generate winners from the users who have completed your challenge. By clicking the “Randomize Winners” button , you will get a pop-up where you are asked what terms you want to randomize and also to enter three different values. Once you have done this and generated your winners, you can download the CSV file which contains a list of your winners. Randomize by min. high score: Enables you to select winners based on their minimum high score. Randomize by probability (multi-entry): If you have toggled on the multi-entry, this enables you to randomly select winners based on probability rather than a minimum high score. Number of winners: Select the number of winners that you wish to generate Min points: The minimum number of points. Max points: The maximum number of points. The winners will be randomly selected from the players that qualify in the competition you have set up. Should you, for any reason, want to swop a randomized winner for some other player, you can click on 'Change' and the winner will be replaced by another player. Challenge Winners The table shows the the automatically generated winners based on the settings in your Challenge setup. You can search for a player, parameter or download the list as a CSV. Luck Based Winners The table shows the luck based winners determined by your settings in Luck Based Wins.You can search for a player, parameter or download the list as a CSV.
